After refresh my sandbox with production. Again user is added in the “Docusign Setup”> “User Managemenet”. User has necessary permission set assigned for generates and send document.
Now after generate the document, when I hit “Send with Docusign” Action Button. It shows an error toast notification with “Not Found”.
After that nothing happens. and Send with Docusign page stays on that page only.
What would be the issue
Next button on the Send with Docusign Action page is not working

Would you mind trying these steps and check if the issue persists? Just in case we have encounter a possible affectation:
1. Clear the cache and cookies
2. Try a different browser(s)
3. Try an Incognito/in-private window
4. Try a different device
5. Test with different Internet networks such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
If you have already tried the steps above and the issue persists. We suggest that you open a case by following the steps provided in the link below so that our Salesforce team can further check on this and see if this is a possible bug.
