At present, users cannot delete contacts that have been shared with them. This restriction creates difficulties when the person who originally shared the contact leaves the team, resulting in outdated or unnecessary contacts lingering in the system. To improve contact management, account administrators should be granted the ability to delete any contact, including those shared by others, ensuring the contact list remains current and relevant.
