Hi All,I downloaded a quick start java app from docusign developer portal and it was working fine till last week. When i tested today, it is not working.  It does not throw any exceptions or error.  When running the main class, the program simply terminates without providing any message or error.  The file to sign will be fetched from a local folder, convert into base64 then send it to the API functions.  When it enters the below lines of code, the entire program simply terminates and no code below these lines are getting executed. EnvelopesApi envelopesApi = new EnvelopesApi(apiClient);EnvelopeSummary results = envelopesApi.createEnvelope(accountId, envelope); Can someone please guide me on this?  

Hi,I am currently integrating DocuSign Embedded into my web application, which supports two types of users: admins and normal users. Admins have the ability to send documents to users for signing, and I have successfully implemented this functionality.However, when a user logs into our application, I want to retrieve all the documents that they need to sign. In this context, the user is the recipient of the envelopes sent by the admin.I reviewed the DocuSign APIs and found that the process involves first retrieving all envelopes and then filtering them by recipients. However, I am unsure if this is the best approach.Could you please confirm if this method is correct, or suggest a more efficient way to achieve this?Thank you!

Is DocuSign imbedded in EPIC anywhere (as Dragon or Up To Date is)?

When I send a document, will other users in our account have access to the document? Can account administrators view the document? 

Hello. I got an email from parter company.However when I click the button to sign I cannot access to contract to sign.There is a pop up “Something went wrong with the invitation.” Whenever I log in to my account even I cannot see my contract eventhough I was in the receipient. Could you help me how to solve this problem?

Hi,My account has already WhatsApp enabled and I’m trying to create an envelope via API with WhatsApp as the delivery method. I send the request, the envelope creates successfully (I receive a succesful response with the envelope link and I can also see it on my dashboard, but it just says “Waiting for” and I’m not receiving the WhatsApp message from DocuSign.Documentation is very poor on this subject, there are no real examples, no info about the country code or number format: Number must include the country code also? With plus or without plus sign? With one zero before the number, two zeros? So many questions...This is my envelope definition:I’m in Spain so the country code is 34.Appreciate any help, thanks!

We are successfully using the embedded view “default” style to allow our users to sign documents, and then proceed onto the next step. However, we do allow the user to refresh the page and get back into the “signing step”, and that works well, except if it has already been signed. When the document is signed, and the page is refreshed, we successfully show the document again, and this time instead of “Sign” or “Finish”, Docusign UX displays “Close”. When that “Close” is pressed, the “endSession” event isn’t triggered as normal, but the nested iFrame is destroyed. This workflow does works well with the “focused” style in all cases (meaning that by just changing “displayFormat” to “focused” it fixes the issue), however, we would like to use the “default” UX. How could we have “endSession” trigger when pressing “Close” on an already signed document?

How can I change the default signature within a signing document. When I select the signature, I only have the option to Resize or clear. I was not given an option to adopt a signature. The bank requires an image of signature or freehand signing on keypad. However the document is automatically coming up with a written version of my name which the bank won’t accept.I have gone into my profile and removed old signatures so only signature available is my image signature now, however when the bank resent document, again I am not given the option to adopt a signature and it keeps coming up with a written version of my name.Help.

Docusign will not allow me to enter the following in order to “Start” the application: Please provide information for other participants needed for this document.I have complete other applications earlier this week and earlier today.  My mouse will not allow me to click in the box to type text.  Any ideas?

I have a 300 page pdf I send out to 60 people. They all need to sign off on the pages they are responsible for. I created a template to assign the signatures and check boxes for each signer via AutoPlace:Signer1 signature mapped to \s1\, Checkbox mapped to \cb1\Signer2 signature mapped to \s2\, Checkbox mapped to \cb2\etc.Signature works great, if they have 3 pages they need to sign they are prompted 3 times to sign.For checkboxes for some reason when they check the first box it automatically checks them all. Is there an option to make them check each box individually? The number of boxes per user varies. (I have the same issue with drop downs, they select 1 value, and they all get set to that value).

I receive reports (in pdf format) from vendors that were esigned via DocuSign. I am unable to submit these pdf reports to FDA electronically, since the pdfs are considered protected files (security settings or password protection cannot be activated). As a DocuSign user (I have both Part 11 and non-regulated accounts), is there a way that I can remove these protections from the pdfs, while retaining the signatures within the report? A colleague commented that the person who initiates a workflow, can remove the security settings from the DocuSign document, however I can’t find this feature in my DocuSign account. Appreciate any help. I am wondering if anyone in the community has navigated a support ticket where people are experiencing multiple email reminders even after they have finished their action.  This is happening for a group in our business who has been really stable for multiple months and they swear they didn’t change anything in their template/workflow. From their eyes, this is new and sudden behaviour.  Thanks for any insights you may be able to offer.

Hello,As an inspection company in Portugal, we issue inspection certificates and are looking to integrate this process into our ERP system (Odoo). We aim to use Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) or Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) for these certificates. Could you please advise on the best solution and steps to implement this integration with DocuSign, and can we use this solution by the name of company instead of personnel identity?Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,We have noticed regarding the forward completed envelope option, that this option is not available, even if the setting is unchecked.   So the option to “Forward” envelopes is not available as you can see in the below screenshot.Is it something we can select from the admin settings?Can someone assist us with the above? Best RegardsChristos

Hello,I have been trying to resolve my issues for several days with searching in the community here and googling. My issue:We have Docusign setup in Salesforce for E-Signature, the data for a custom object should writeback to the DocuSign Envelope Template. This works in Production without issue. However in our Sandbox when the PDF is generated for our Customer to review and complete E-Signing the PDF is blank, and the PDF is not being brought back into Salesforce once signed.I am at a loss. The setup between the Sandbox and Production are the same from my review. Hi DocuSign Community - I have a use case to see if anyone has any creative ideas on how I can solve it. We use DocuSign to send out quota and pay plan letters to our sales team. We request acknowledgement of these letters by signature from both the Sales Manager and Employee but we do not require sellers or sales managers to sign. In our current process if they do not sign before the letter expires, the letter is voided in DocuSign automatically. We are looking for a way to avoid having letters voided due to inaction. Is is possible to to not have the letter void or have a checkbox auto-checked saying something like “due to inaction on this document, it is assumed that the quota and pay plan assignment have been reviewed and acknowledged” to keep this document readily available. I’ll take any creative ideas to help us with this! Thank you!

Hi there, 2 questions. First one, pretty sure the answer is no, but there may be a work around. I have a bulk list to import (I’m fine with the CSV and importing). I got name, email, role and the company name. For some, we don’t have any name listed only a generic email like info@company.com. Is there a way to leave it (the full name) blank (I’m guessing not as I get an error message after import and I need to clear them invidually) so the enduser signing the Document input his name without us having to populate manually all the missing ones. That would save us a lot of time for those cases. I know it may look like a mass mailing at random targets, but it is not. I was provided with a list from our CRM that did not grab the names for whatever reason (I was not behind that exportation so I am unsure how they did it and the process to get a new list will not be worth it). Second one. We received a contract on the 20th of the month with a start date of unknown, we then got sent a new link from Docusign a few days later with a “supposedly” amended start date. Are we able to find out what the original start date was ? or if there was a change made ? 

We have built order forms based on different templates. If we change the original word/pdf-document for example want to add totally new question in it. Do we need to built web Form all over again?We can copy the template and replace the original document,  and the start the Create Order Form building from the start. This is how we do it now.
