I have prepared a document to send with 11 different signers.  I am NOT sending any SMS (started to do this but didn’t realize there was a limit to how many could be sent this way). I went back and deleted each that had a phone number and re-entered their information with e-mails alone.  When I try to SEND I keep getting the following error message:

Phone Number is invalid. Country ID is missing. Recipient ID 21515681

Can someone please tell me how to clear this error message?

the envelope is send or in draft? you can remove the recipient or create another envelope. if you want find what is root cause, I think you should create a case with support team. Thanks.
