Hi,

I have completed a Docusign only to find out that the business that I signed with is a sketchy one at best so I’m trying to go with another licensed business.  I’ve reviewed the completed docusign and notices that only my e-signature is present and not the other party.  Does this invalidate the contract?

So are you sender or send by other. the sender should add all document in the envelope which need to sign.

I’m the Recipient.  But on the final document I received, no signature exist from the sender/originator.

Do you think that the contact needs they sign? you can ask the sender add theyself as recipient in a new envelope and sign again for both party. the compete envelope can't be changed.
