Unable to Disable Account-Level Recipient Authentication in DocuSign API Integration

We are currently using DocuSign API integration, where the recipient security setting is configured as None at the envelope level. However, this configuration is being overridden by the account-level authentication settings.

While attempting to disable the account-level recipient authentication, we observed that the Save button is disabled, preventing any changes from being applied.
