Can anyone help with a docusign hubspot integration error around custom fields

A former employee created a custom field integration to add the start date to a docusign agreement. I updated the Hubspot property to ACC Cohort Start date. It was previously just ACC Start date, and now nothing works.

Should the Field Type be a Date Type?  Did you create a new custom field, or can you go back to the existing one?

We have another integration that uses a date type as well, so it should work. I did not create a new custom field. I only edited the one that was already created and replaced the old hubspot property with a new one.

The only reason I haven’t gone back to the original property is because the new property is set up in multiple workflows for automation purposes.
