I’m using the url returned from createSenderView and I managed to edit preview and edit the fields :)  I would like to download the PDF before sending it to, Is it possible?When I’m using the api of documents/archive I’m getting the PDFs empty (without the fields I configured). Is there an option to download it with the configured fields? (in the same state the sender would get it). 

Hello, I am develping an app that uses power automate and the Docusign connector. My issue is that I want multiple different users to use the app. So I need to make a separate docusign connection for each one on the platform. The issue is that when deploying to production I should authenticate again and login for each connection separatelly as you can see in the screenshot, and this is only an initial deploy, more user are to be added. Is this the right way to do it? In this case I need to gather everyone when I want to deploy to log in separetelly and do the 2 factor authentication? Are there any guidlines on how to move from docusign demo connectors to Docusign in production?  aanmelden = sign in

Hello, In power platform I get the error create and authorize OAuth connection failed when I try tor deploy my app. What can be possibly wrong. It happens after I input my credentials correctly.

I completed the creation of new anchor tags for 'Date Signed' to be used as a DocuSign tag, and the necessary changes were made to include the new DateSigned tab on the controller side. However, the problem is that the DateSigned value is prepopulating with the current date when the document is opened. While DateSigned is treated as a property in DocuSign, similar to InitialHere and SignHere, it isn't loading correctly. I applied the date logic in the report, but the same approach isn't working for DateSigned.What mappings are required to ensure that the DateSigned field only displays the date when the signature is actually added in a C# MVC application?

I am unable void envelope using envelope sdk java. It asks me to add purge state which status is Sent. when I am using the static workflow id, I am getting INVALID_WOKRFLOW_ID but this one was working earlier. Thanks

I already app one app live in Docusign prod, now i am pushing one more app from Docusign demo account to Docusign prod that is connected to different SF instance & usecase is little different, since my prod account is common for both apps what other think would remain common like the API account id, user Id & just the integration key would be different, is it correct understanding?

Hello,  In our application we are providing financing, so before that we doing e-sign.   We integrated docusign embedded signing using Java sdk, where we are generating presigned url using JWT token. Where we are storing signed document in our AWS s3 bucket after successfully e-sign.Now are looking for REST API for authoritative copies export and acknowledge.I read one blog where you mentioned that  “Presently there is no direct export option available in the REST APIs.”.https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/the-trenches-working-authoritative-copies-using-docusign-apis.Now we don’t want to change integration from REST API to SOAP API or eOriginal.I have couple of question around that -Do we really need to integrate authoritative copies flow ? Or Can we use Document Retention configuration for purge document from docusign? When you are planning to provide REST API for authoritative copies flow ? Is any other way to handle  authoritative copies flow ?

I want to directly call the REST APIs, without redirecting the users to the link below  --https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature%20impersonation&client_id=1ea1d-9164-4c10-923aa&redirect_uri=http://localhost/3000So basically, I want some feature that will allow me to call the APIs directly, But according to the https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/jwt/jwt-get-token/ documentation, each time I need to redirect users to the https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth? page and then get the code , act….But my goal is to --- 1. Create the envelope using `/restapi/v2.1/accounts/c16e83xxxxxxa-44b1-8f3e-bc810bc14707/envelopes` api and2. navigate the user to that envelope `https://appdemo.docusign.com/documents/details/${envelopeId}` to the DocuSign where user can directly add recipients and tabs and send the documents to be signed by other users.Is this possible? Hi,My web app contains a form where all input data is applied to a designed template on DocuSign. When template is created the user is redirected to DocuSign, where they complete the signing procedure, including all necessary clicks. After the signing process is done, the user is redirected back to the web app.My goal is to build a solution that allows users to sign and send a document with a single click, such as an 'Agree & Sign' button. The intention is to avoid redirecting them to the DocuSign page for the signing process, as there has been a 40% drop-off rate during that step.I just want to know if it's possible, and if so, how to do it.Thanks

I am curious if there is a way to use DocuSign for NetSuite where documents are automatically sent out and then store those files in GDrive to a dynamic folder path (which can be provided for each document)? I know I can customize the folder path in the Rule but it’s not something I can type in, it’s going to be different for each document {customername}/{templatename} kind of a thing. 

Hi, I have set up a Docusign webhook to notify my application when an envelope has been completed (i.e. signing complete), and I am receiving the signed documents to store in my application. However, I also want Docusign to send me information on my document (not Docusign information, but identifiers from my application).  I tried to use custom fields, but I don’t want to have to use an endpoint to retrieve the information (as getting a token at this point would not be feasible). So, is there a way to have Docusign send me the information directly with the signed Documents?

Dear all,  I search a way to notify automatically persons when an envelope is completed . These persons have no action in the signing process and I don’t want them having access to some documents. The NeedI have found the following info in How to set document visibility for envelope recipients | DocusignNote: A document cannot be hidden from a recipient if the recipient has tabs assigned to them on the document. Carbon Copy, Certified Delivery (Needs to Sign), Editor, and Agent recipients can always see all documents, unless they are specifically excluded using the excludedDocuments property when an envelope is sent. Is this property available in Docusign website ? If you have another idea, please share Olivier  

HiI need to retrieve org id's from id_token, but coid field is missing. I retrieved the token according to this page: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/consent/obtaining-admin-consent-external/I know token needs to be decoded. I'm able to get json, my problem is that coid field is not returned.Should I provide some detailed params to retrieve it?BR
