I had a scripted CUstom button, then undeployed this script and disabled it in the Config page. Now there is only 1 custom button enabled, the UI Custom button. I am not sure how or what the trigger was added on the UI custom button and now hides it whenever the button is clicked (signing into Docusign). How do we make the “SS Send Credit App” button not hidden on the Customer form after logging into Docusign? or which scripts may have been impacted?

Hello
If the custom button in Salesforce is hidden for a specific user, it is likely due to a user permission issue rather than an issue with DocuSign. And if you are looking to add a custom button in Salesforce, I recommend following the guidelines in the links provided, which detail how to create a custom button to trigger the Apex code for embedded signing.

You can login or register as either a Docusign customer or developer. If you don’t already have a Docusign customer or developer account, you can create one for free when registering.
