Error GuidedFormsHtmlAllowed when using an docusign api in production account

Good Afternoon,I have the following error when using an api docusign that create an HTML document in my production account: {"errorCode":"PLAN_ITEM_NOT_ENABLED","message":"A requested plan item is not enabled for this account. Plan item: GuidedFormsHtmlAllowed"}I’ve been looking for some information, and it seems that i have to activate o maybe docusign support must activate a feature in my production account.Please let me know what steps should i follow to solve this error

One witnesses with two documents - Witnesses is duplicatin

Hi,I´m creatin a envelope with 2 documents using the PHP SDK. Each document requires the signature of a signatory and a witness (the same signatory and the same witness for both documents).When I send it, the signatory receives it correctly, but a window appears asking him to fill in the witness twice (as if there were two witnesses), and therefore he cannot send it to just one person to be a witness.I am using the code below. Is there a way to place two date tabs?

Hello fellow community members,I am trying to have two dates to be filled by the customer in the document during the signing session. One of the date is required and the other is optional. Both of them use different anchor tags i.e., <Cust1_DAT> and <Cust1_DAT_REQ>. The problem I am having is the date fields override each other.Below is the setupWhen I change in the top required one it changes the other and vice versa.I am using below C# code to create these tabs.signer.Tabs.DateTabs.Add(new Date { AnchorString = $"<Cust1_DAT>", Required = "false" });signer.Tabs.DateTabs.Add(new Date { AnchorString = $"<Cust1_DAT_REQ>", Required = "true" });I will appreciate any help in this regard.Thanks.

AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN while reading envelopes

Hi,I am trying to read all completed envelopes from docusign portal. However, I am gettting error messaage like “Error calling ListStatusChanges: {"errorCode":"AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN","message":"The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed."}'I used base url for getting token - “account-d.docusign.com”I used based URL for reading envelopes https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/But still i am getting same error. What could be the reason. any suggestions?

Installing Docusign for Dynamics 365

Hi Community,I have just taken a developer account and am trying to install Docusign in our Dynamics 365 environment, but fail to do so. As per the screenshot, it is not support in the region the environment is in and we need to contact support.This step has been extremely difficult as there is no way to reach out to the support team for installation issues. Any support we need, we need to login first as a customer or partner. I am not able to raise a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Tag a document without any recipients

Hello, is there a way to tag a document in sender view without any recipients? I’ve created an envelope without any recipients, but I am unable to drag/drop the tabs on to the document (in the sender view) as the related options seem to be disabled.The goal is to enable a user to create (and save) a tagged document (envelope), that then can be signed by anyone later.

Generate Self-Signing url

I have an app where I don't have control over the documents. I need the user be able to add tags and sign documents similar to how it can be done on the DocuSign website. I cannot use auto place tagging as the user might want additional tags. So, checking here to see if it is possible to generate self-signing url via API that allows the signer to add tags as below?

Document Id in REST API Docusign

Hi Team,I have a problem with documentId, if I use any integer it works, if I use something different, with letters or a GUID, it gives bad request. Actually in my case I need to supply documentID, documentIDGUID from client and I need same to be echoed to me. Document Id gets echoed but only if its a positive integer. I am using webhooks and configured envelope complete event but documentIdGUID differs from what is sent in request. I am using composite template. Python API with Template

I’m trying to send an envelope via api with template in it. This is how it looks.As you can see, there’s the “Fields” in the left side which is not expected and I’m not sure why it’s showing. When I do this manually in Docusign, this is how it looks and what I’m expecting.It’s asking to fill in the fields and there are no “Fields” in the left side.Anyone knows what’s missing or the issue to my api? Thanks.

Trouble Setting Field Values in ServiceNow Spoke

Hey all, I am running into some issues with the ServiceNow Spoke. I have connected the DocuSign spoke and can pull templates. I am trying to fill a few fields on the Document via data collected in a Catalog Item.My current Flow is:Look Up Templates on Account Create Draft Envelope from Template Set Field Values Add Recipient to Envelope Send EnvelopeThe issues that I am seeing are in step 3 where I try to set the field values. I keep getting an error that the Recipient ID is “Provided recipient ID is invalid or does not exist.” as well as “Provided field category does not exist.”I am confused how I keep erroring on these. I added a user and used the User ID as the Recipient ID, then tried an email - but still no success. How do I find the Recipient ID? Do I need to Create a new user each time?How do I find the “category” for the field?Thanks in advance!

Updating DocuSign Email Resource Template to Display User's Title and Company

I am trying to modify the eSignature resource template and update it to include the user’s title and company. I noticed that the merge tags for Sender Name and email are “[[Data:SenderName]]” and “[[Data:SenderEmail]]”. Where can I find the tags for the user’s “Company” and “Title” from their profile?

Send Completed Email to Embedded Signers

As per subject, I would need a way to have Embedded Signers receiving the Completed e-mail when all signers completes the envelopes. My integration is within an Online Account Opening application and I have a possible scenario with a mixed combination of Embedded Signers (the main owner of the account being opened) and additional Remote Signers (the joint owners of that account).With this scenario the joint owners could complete the envelopes days after the main one completed the embedded signing procedure but only the Joint owners would receive the e-mail notification.I understand e-mail notification is off by default for embedded signers and that can make sense when a single signer is needed for a given envelope… but when multiple signers are involved, especially if mixed like in my case, this default behaviour sounds more like a Defect rather than a desired behaviour. I know I have the possibility to use the “embeddedRecipientStartURL” parameter with "SIGN_AT_DOCUSIGN" to set main o

How many concurrent API operations can be executed on one template?

I'm trying to create template with many tabs with API - each of them require separated API call (because of my internal requirements). Some tabs gets positive response but are missing in newly created template.How many API calls can I execute in one moment for one template?I know it's possible to create everything with one call but it's not my case, I need separated calls.

Can't get pre-filled field values to replicate across documents via the API

We need to have a set of dynamic values populate in multiple places across many documents so we’ve chosen to use a template in which the first document is a ‘master sheet’ which contains pre-filled fields which populate across documents.This work great in the UI but not via the API. I eventually discovered this doc which describes a specific method required to enable data replication from the API but I can’t get this to work with either regular text fields or pre-filled text fields.I can’t tell if the docs are saying that the field data label needs to have “\*” in the UI or just in the API when updating but I’ve tried every combination I can think of and it only ever populates the first tab.I’ve made sure the correct setting is enabled as described here and have tried using both the create document tabs and create recipient tabs APIs.Has anyone else been able to get this working? Or can anyone describe a better strategy for what I’m trying to achieve?

How to use app.docusign credential to Developer.docusign web page to get the access token from docusign

I want to use the template already created in app.docusign web site to our C# application via web API call, for my trails I created a Developer account and used the same account detail for to get the docusign access token as well as i created a template with this account, but in the production I want use the exiting template created in Docusign web portal, in production i have the App account credential not developer account how use the app account credential to Developer account in Docusign application.
