Hi All, I am working on creating an envelope using API explorer in developers.docusign.com. I am able to send the document if I am not attaching any tabs to the document. However I am getting the below error if I am attaching tabs to the document. Kindly assist me with this issue. Hello, I am working on developing a web application that requires integration with Docusign to request signature of some documents, just to put you in context my application sends an SMS to a user and depending on the user's response the document signature request must be sent, the request must be sent by SMS and also the entire envelope creation process must be done in my API without requiring user intervention, so I want to know if this project idea is reasonable and what authentication method I should use for this project. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me with this question. I only have to add that my API is being developed using NodeJs. Thanks in advance.

Hi,I have a DocuSign template that includes field tags in the document. I need to attach another document to this template document. The reason for this is that the template page serves as a common page that must appear at the end of all other documents. Is it possible to attach an additional document to the existing template document using DocuSign API?Thanks!

We use Docusign eSignature APIOne of our customers needs to set up a QES, and some of the signatories have last names with diacritical marks (e.g., a slashed "o" or umlauts).Could this potentially cause any issues with identity verification?

Hello,I’m currently sending some documents to be signed in french language.I have templates host in my api resources in HTML format. I use openhtmltoolpdf to format my html documents as pdf. My freemarker templates contain some form fields to enable recipients to fill all the info with any PDF reader.I use some DocusignDate and the html attribute data-pdf-form-field="true" then request docusign to transform the pdf fields with transformPdfFields.The recipients receive the form well formatted except the date fields.When i change the regional settings of my admin account, the format of date fields is well updated but the validation is not working anymore.  May anyone help me please ? Regards,Antoine

I’m trying to use the sdk for an integration, and when I pass the credentials in the “RequestJWTUserToken” method, it errors out at the first null check:“if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(userId))”. When looking at the userId object, it’s set correctly to my User ID on DocuSign. It’s not null or empty, so I’m not sure why it’s erroring out here.If I let it run through, I get the error:"Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: "So it’s not reaching the point where the DocuSignResponse object is created. I’m not sure what’s going wrong here, as my credentials seem correct for the clientId, userId, oauthBasePath, and the privateKey. My coworker who has worked with DocuSign before and I are both stumped. ###NEVERMIND, the problem seems to be combing from multiple requests on the front-end trying to write at the same time. It’s running the DocuSignClient prematurely in some cases.

I’m trying to use RequestJWTUserToken on the C# SDK, but it keeps failing at “RestClient.SendRequest(Request)”. The docuSignResponse object keeps coming back with a StatusCode of “InternalServerError”. My coworker is able to run a separate project just fine, so the error must be on my end. Does anyone know what might cause the response to error? I’ve checked and made sure the clientId = Integration Key, userId = User ID, and the string from privateKeyBytes matches my RSA Private Key. The scopes are “signature” and “impersonation”. The request being sent has the following HeaderParams:"[Content-Type, application/x-www-form-urlencoded]",Content-Type,application/x-www-form-urlencoded"[Cache-Control, no-store]",Cache-Control,no-store"[Pragma, no-cache]",Pragma,no-cache And the following PostParams:"[grant_type, urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:jwt-bearer]",grant_type,urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:jwt-bearer"[assertion, eyJhbGciOiJSUzI1NiIsIn…..   

Dear Support,We are getting this error on a production account. This is happening after the consent was provided. The token is successfully retrieved using method RequestJWTUserToken. We submitted our app for Go Live approval on November 19th, after successfully passing the automated review of 20 API calls. However, the status has been stuck at "Pending review - Review may take up to 48 hours" ever since.Our product is already live, and this delay is causing significant issues for us. We urgently need this approval to proceed.

Hello Everyone!We deployed Docusign embedded signing into our own system. We do know that our users can change their signature style, using templates, drawing, and images during the Signing process. We would like to develop a maintenance page in our system so that our users are able to change their signature before the Signing process. Afterward their signature style will be used in the Signing process on the other day Is it possible to do that? How can we do it? Looking forward to your guidance. Thank you

We use DocuSign as an internal tool for signing incident reports in each of our care homes.  One thing i am trying to report on is a list of outstanding signatures.  I can do this per envelope, but i am trying to do it for all envelopes under one category.  The closest i can get is the envelope report that shows me there are x outstanding on one envelope and that envelope was sent to xxx people, but the list of people it gives me is everyone that was sent the report not the outstanding ones. Ideally i just want a simple report that says Person A xx OutstandingPerson B xx Outstanding etc…..

Our company needs to integrate payments with Stripe into an agreement signing process. The business wishes to restrict payments to only ACH transfers. Is there a way to set this?The AllowedPaymentMethods property of the PaymentDetails, seems to be where this may be set, and it accepts a List<string> of allowed payment methods. I could not locate any documentation for the correct value to allow ACH transfers. Any idea of what that value may be, or if there is another way to restrict the payment type allowed?  

We have successfully passed automated review of 20 API calls and submitted app to go live. Go Live status is Pending approval. It was started on 12th of November so already 14 business days passed.  

We require embedded signing functionality within a customer portal mobile application. The signer will log in to the mobile app and complete the signing process through an embedded signing experience using an iframe. Is it feasible to implement IDV Liveness for signer identification within this iframe?

I am looking for an API by which i can get information of user who has given shared access right of another user.Example: User A has shared his/her access with user B. so from API how can I get this information that User B has this right to view/edit envelope of User A. Thanks.

Hello, my client uses DocuSign DocGen in salesforce, but it is not available in portal.I created an API call, but it seems to use a regular template from eSignature, even though I have the docgen template already setup in developer org.Is there a way to use the API and apply the rules for document generation I setup int Salesforce?

Hello DocuSign Community,  My teammate and I are participating in the DocuSign  "Unlocked" Hackathon, and we’re working on a project to enhance the signing process by introducing interactive document features. Specifically, we are trying to add the ability to:1. Highlight specific sections or lines in a document to draw users’ attention to key details. 2. Display contextual bullet points or notes alongside the document to provide additional guidance or explanations. We’re exploring how to best integrate these features into the signing flow using embedded signing. At this point, we’d love some guidance on:- Whether embedded signing is the right approach for implementing such dynamic features.  - Any tips, tools, or APIs within DocuSign that could simplify this process.  If you’ve worked on enhancing the signing experience or have insights on building customizations like this, your advice would be greatly appreciated!Thank you for your time and help!
