Dear all,it is currently not possible to restrict administrator user creation to a specific domain. --> is it planned with next updates to realize this feature?BRSimone
It would be helpful if we can have "Attachment" as a Field readily and directly available to add/use while creating Advance Web From instead of first creating a Template, add envelope/document to it then add attachment field to it so that it can be available to use while creating Web Form off of that Template. It would be of a great help if this Attachment field is readily available to use(like other fields such as Text, Drop Down, Check Box etc) while creating Web Form from scratch without using any template. I am using Smartsheet to create web forms but if DocuSign can provide this Attachment Field, then it would help to lean towards DocuSign rather than Paying additional cost for Smartsheet to create forms with attachment field. I am sure many users would benefit form having this feature in DocuSign Web Form. Thanks,-Swapnil
Hello,Unlike the website, it is not possible to zoom on the contrat when signing using the IOS application. I was recommended by the Docusign support center to create this idea post, as it is the only issue to solve my problem (case 15530952 - Problème d'affichage du contrat - Documents trop petits ou trop gros). Indeed, when large format files are added to the rest of the pdf contract when creating the envelop, the global format of the displayed contract during the signature is totally changed (the pdf is really small as the largest file must be completely seen when scrolling). Therefore, we cannot read properly the contract (the font is too small). To counter this problem, we would like to be able to at least zoom on it. Thank you for your help,
the customer ask to add network limit for the JWT integration. can add ip addresses or id ranges. so when the private key is leak also can’t connect to the DocuSign.
We need to regularly report on the number of active users, broken down by permission profile (not necessary users who have used the platform in the last X period, just how many are active (not Closed) right now). This isn’t currently possible in DocuSign. The only alternative was to create new groups and add the relevant users based on their permission profiles to the relevant group and schedule the report based on this. But you can’t automatically add new users into said group when you add their permission profile, so this isn’t viable. Currently we’re doing manual exports on a regular basis to gather this information.
I’d like to suggest an improvement to the WebForms workflow. Recently, one of our sales representatives was filling out a WebForm while speaking with a client over the phone. After completing the form, they attempted to add attachments and sign it, but the session timed out. Unfortunately, all of the entered data was lost.Unlike standard envelopes in DocuSign, which are saved as drafts if not completed, WebForms do not currently offer the same behavior. It would be extremely helpful if WebForms had an auto-save feature or the ability to recover partial data in the event of a session timeout or unexpected closure. This improvement would help avoid rework and the loss of important client information, especially during real-time interactions.I hope this suggestion can be considered for a future update.Thank you,Elisângela
It would be great to be able to Sort the dashboard or have the Yellow “NEW” documents added to the top of the dashboard in rooms or a way to just sort for onlt those rooms that have new Documents.
The new currency symbol for AED and SAR should be updated in the docusign documents.
Request Details:We would like DocuSign to implement a built-in notification feature that automatically sends email alerts to a designated email address whenever an Agreement Action fails.Typical scenarios include (but are not limited to):OAuth token refresh failures or token expiration issues. Errors related to integrations with external services (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, etc.). Any other errors causing Agreement Actions to fail.Information to include in notifications:To facilitate prompt troubleshooting, we suggest that the notification emails include the following information:Name of the affected Agreement Action. Date and time when the error occurred. Brief summary or details of the error (error message, error code, etc.). Any additional information helpful for troubleshooting. Background (Why this feature is important):Currently, DocuSign does not provide any notification mechanism when an Agreement Action fails. Users must manually check logs or wait until they notice the integration has stopped working, which can significantly impact business operations.Having an automatic notification feature would enable users to quickly detect and resolve issues, minimizing business disruption and improving operational efficiency. We believe this enhancement would greatly benefit many DocuSign users who rely heavily on integrations with external services such as SharePoint.
Need for multiple required signatures to be unique. There should be some way to identify that members of a signing group OR on the envelope recipient line, anyone in that group can sign only one time regardless of how many times the signing group is listed as a recipient. there must be a way to add some logic to the build that can remove the member that signed from recipient number 1 groupA from receiving the email again in recipient number 2 groupA.OR an envelop option to select the number of signatures needed from a group, and only once that number is fulfilled the document completes. No resending to all the same people over and over again. One envelop recipient groupA. requires 2 signatures. Each recipient receives the envelop once. After 2 signature are fulfilled there is no longer signing options for those who open the envelop after completion.
When scheduling a report and selecting “Send to Others”, you have to type in full email addresses. It would be nice if the box would recognize account user emails and allow selection similar to when adding a signer to an envelope. Or maybe if the “Send to Others” option had a dropdown to select account users with radio buttons, etc?
