Appearance of DocuSign Signature

Hi, my question is about the frame around DocuSign signature, being in June 2020, meaning approx. 4 years ago. Was it with the DocuSign-Signature with a speficic ID, or was it just simple signature without any frame around. This is for a certificate, which I believe is wrong, as the signature is not sourrounded by the specific Docu-Sign-label.Thanks, this is important, as the validity of the contract would be different for sure.

Filtering envelopes according to envelop costume fields

Hey,I’m trying to look for a way to filter envelopes according to the custom fields (and not the envelope’s subject etc.). I can’t seem to find a way to do that.Even when I add the “Include envelope custom fields” - it doesn’t seem to find envelopes that I know for sure were supposed to pop out.Can you please assist?

What happens to envelopes when they are sent?

I sent my envelopes out to 2 signers. I never received a notification from Docusign. I did not receive an envelope myself, as the sender. Very confusing.

Reporting Options

We are looking for a more streamlined/consistent way to report off of DocuSign data. We are aware of Agreement Actions and we have the Retrieve reporting product. We are looking at potentially creating a data set with Retrieve and sending it to a “shared” location where our PowerBI (or other reporting tools) will connect to the file/data. At that point, we can use PowerBI or other tool to manipulate the data, add charts/graphs, tables, create dashboards, etc.Does anyone use a specific other product that would allow us to be more consistent with accessing data from other systems, or from DocuSign, and for collecting real-time data such as status in order to create user dashboards? Maybe I’m asking if there are specific products that utilize APIs for DocuSign as well as with other higher ed systems such as Banner, Concur, Contract Mgmt systems, Time keeping systems, etc.Thank you!Susan

Dear all, I’m having trouble to send in bulk and upload a csv-document that DocuSign can use to sent to +100 mailadresses at once. I’ve read the “manual” on how to proceed, but I’m afraid that I didn’t managed to understand the procedure. Thanks for your insight / help! Christophe

Signature Tab not visible in My Profile

I am an administrator, however, someone I work with is a “Sender.” This person changed her name recently and needs to changer her signature, however, when she goes into her profile, the menu on the left side of the screen is not visible. This menu is where the Signature Tab is located. Do you know why she can’t see the menu?

HiI have a document that needs to be signed by 5 parties. This is no problem and I know how to do this part.However, after those 5 parties have signed, I need the signed document to be send to me and another recipient (not signatory). Is this possible?Many thanks,Curious

how can I check a simple from an advanced signature

I need to check the type of signature of the documents I have received (an advanced one is mandatory). In the certificate of completion, I have for both Security Level: Email, Account Authentication (None).If is is an advanced signature, I should have the following info :Signature Type: DS EU Advanced.If I have no signature type indicated, it means it is a simple signature, isn’t it?

11 individual pages needs 1 signature, what is the efficient way to send?

11 signature pages needs signed by the same person. Is this a bulk upload and if so, what will the recipient receive, 1 pdf with each page or individual pages. OR would I need to send each page and start a new envelope for each?

While I use the connector ‘when the status of the envelope changes’ it throws this error when i use it in the power automate flow.please find the error message below: The request failed.
