I want to add radio buttons to a form and I want to be able to total them up.

Example.. Radio button 1 =0, Radio button 2 =1, Radio button 3 =2 and Radio button 4 =3

How can I do this?

@Laura K Yes it is possible but less efficient then using a Dropdown and setting dropdown values corresponding to the dropdown value.  However with Radio Buttons you would need to add conditional fields and have a corresponding Text field that is pre-populated with the value of the corresponding radio button. I would also recommend white text on white background to hide the conditional Text fields.  Once that is setup you would have a Formula Field that would total all values in the radio buttons but should only total those fields that are triggered by your conditions.  As noted Dropdowns would be a much easier and more elegant solution if those were plausible.
