Hello,  In our application we are providing financing, so before that we doing e-sign.   We integrated docusign embedded signing using Java sdk, where we are generating presigned url using JWT token. Where we are storing signed document in our AWS s3 bucket after successfully e-sign.Now are looking for REST API for authoritative copies export and acknowledge.I read one blog where you mentioned that  “Presently there is no direct export option available in the REST APIs.”.https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/the-trenches-working-authoritative-copies-using-docusign-apis.Now we don’t want to change integration from REST API to SOAP API or eOriginal.I have couple of question around that -Do we really need to integrate authoritative copies flow ? Or Can we use Document Retention configuration for purge document from docusign? When you are planning to provide REST API for authoritative copies flow ? Is any other way to handle  authoritative copies flow ?

I want to directly call the REST APIs, without redirecting the users to the link below  --https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature%20impersonation&client_id=1ea1d-9164-4c10-923aa&redirect_uri=http://localhost/3000So basically, I want some feature that will allow me to call the APIs directly, But according to the https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/jwt/jwt-get-token/ documentation, each time I need to redirect users to the https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth? page and then get the code , act….But my goal is to --- 1. Create the envelope using `/restapi/v2.1/accounts/c16e83xxxxxxa-44b1-8f3e-bc810bc14707/envelopes` api and2. navigate the user to that envelope `https://appdemo.docusign.com/documents/details/${envelopeId}` to the DocuSign where user can directly add recipients and tabs and send the documents to be signed by other users.Is this possible? Please let me know, any help will be appreciated.

Hi,My web app contains a form where all input data is applied to a designed template on DocuSign. When template is created the user is redirected to DocuSign, where they complete the signing procedure, including all necessary clicks. After the signing process is done, the user is redirected back to the web app.My goal is to build a solution that allows users to sign and send a document with a single click, such as an 'Agree & Sign' button. The intention is to avoid redirecting them to the DocuSign page for the signing process, as there has been a 40% drop-off rate during that step.I just want to know if it's possible, and if so, how to do it.Thanks

Hi, I have set up a Docusign webhook to notify my application when an envelope has been completed (i.e. signing complete), and I am receiving the signed documents to store in my application. However, I also want Docusign to send me information on my document (not Docusign information, but identifiers from my application).  I tried to use custom fields, but I don’t want to have to use an endpoint to retrieve the information (as getting a token at this point would not be feasible). So, is there a way to have Docusign send me the information directly with the signed Documents?

Dear all,  I search a way to notify automatically persons when an envelope is completed . These persons have no action in the signing process and I don’t want them having access to some documents. The NeedI have found the following info in How to set document visibility for envelope recipients | DocusignNote: A document cannot be hidden from a recipient if the recipient has tabs assigned to them on the document. Carbon Copy, Certified Delivery (Needs to Sign), Editor, and Agent recipients can always see all documents, unless they are specifically excluded using the excludedDocuments property when an envelope is sent. Is this property available in Docusign website ? If you have another idea, please share Olivier  

HiI need to retrieve org id's from id_token, but coid field is missing. I retrieved the token according to this page: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/consent/obtaining-admin-consent-external/I know token needs to be decoded. I'm able to get json, my problem is that coid field is not returned.Should I provide some detailed params to retrieve it?BR

I have done custom from Salesforce to Docusign using Esignatue API and created multiple templates in Docusign now whenever an end user choose any template from Salesforce to send for E-signature, It show my “Name ” & my “Email Id” stamped on the email when the recipient gets it but why?, could anybody help here?

Hello,I have an DocuSign App in my Account. This can be access by the Other userID by giving consent out side my organization. But the Thing is even if he uses my app to send the Envelope the envelope is Sent from his Own account. I cannot Ask client to do the setup like Configure the Webhook and Connect Keys and give it to my Portal, As I am using Hmac validation to validate the request. Is there a way to track the envelope Status of that Account and my Account Webhook can detect that status and Publish those events to my listener, Without having the client to configure his account with Hmac and Webhook Configuration. I have successfully created a request for a signature as remote signing using a document created on the fly with htmldefinition. What we’d really like to do is convert this to an embedded signature, so taking that same code which successfully returns an envelope id, I move on to the next endpoint: /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelopeId}/views/recipient - substituting the accountId as I did for the initial request to create the envelope, and the envelopeId returned upon successful creation. Once the envelope expires, what status does it reflects? Also if i changed my Expiration in my Docusign account to 1 day so how does backend docusign calculation works to calculated 1 days, for eg from the time i sent the envelope or at some specific time the countdown starts?

Please check and try again."}Right now, I have embedded Docusign Esigning into an application (still demo endpoints if that is noteworthy), and I am at the point that once you click “Esign”, user is redirected to Docusign login page https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth...From the login page, we go through the OAuth Code Grant method. Then, once user logins in an envelope draft is created and etc… However, the current error is occurring on the creation of the envelope https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/${r.accountId}/envelopes I noticed, when I login with the account that I created the integration key with I don’t receive this error, but when I login with a different Docusign account, I receive this error

How can I send the English version of an email in French using DocuSign?Is there a parameter like Language=Fr in the EnvelopeDefinition class or the EnvelopesApi class?"

Thanks in advance, I am new to Docusign and integrating eSignature API to our application.ISSUE:1As per the documentation, docusign send the notification to recipients when the envelope is voided as per below :https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=dgw1578456424624.html&_LANG=enusIn my case i have only one user to sign and the status of envelope is “sent”.Issue 2:I am able to void the envelope,  and able to see the status of envelope as “voided”, but recipient is not receiving notification. If the recipient clicks the link to sign(as he didn’t recieve notification) it is not showing the any reason or that the envelope is voided, and instead shown this error

I have integrated the DocuSign.eSign.dll into my ASP.NET Web API application, and I am sending documents for signature via emails. Once the documents are signed, I plan to download them.However, I am unsure which subscription plan is best suited for my needs. Could you please guide me on which plan I should choose based on the following requirements:Sending documents for signature via email. I used /envelopes/'+envId+'/documents/combined to get the base64 pdf. This only works for complete envelope. when I export from a draft envelope. I couldn’t see the form data in the pdf. what could be the reason? I think it used to work for me.I have the “Allow sender download form data” setting turned on already

How can i specify wildcard or varibles in the connect callback url. Hi,I´m creatin a envelope with 2 documents using the PHP SDK. Each document requires the signature of a signatory and a witness (the same signatory and the same witness for both documents).When I send it, the signatory receives it correctly, but a window appears asking him to fill in the witness twice (as if there were two witnesses), and therefore he cannot send it to just one person to be a witness.I am using the code below. Hello fellow community members,I am trying to have two dates to be filled by the customer in the document during the signing session. One of the date is required and the other is optional. Both of them use different anchor tags i.e., <Cust1_DAT> and <Cust1_DAT_REQ>.
