I am trying to apply a template to my envelope using composite templates.However, the document sent seems to not have any fields in it.Envelope: d6f594c9-1626-46a8-b744-bea47c8e72abCan someone please check why the template is not correctly applied? I tried doing it manually and it was successful.Envelope: 8063789b-ac37-4df7-a611-2d51f545d2e5 

I'm currently exploring the capabilities of DocuSign for a project, and I was wondering if it's possible to use DocuSign APIs to send documents in an offline mode without an active internet connection.If this is possible, could someone please explain how it can be achieved?

I’m trying to send an envelope via api with template in it. This is how it looks.As you can see, there’s the “Fields” in the left side which is not expected and I’m not sure why it’s showing. When I do this manually in Docusign, this is how it looks and what I’m expecting.It’s asking to fill in the fields and there are no “Fields” in the left side.Anyone knows what’s missing or the issue to my api? Thanks.

is there a way to test bulk import without it counting towards my envelopes? Every test ive sent to myself but it is counting towards my monthly total

Hey all, I am running into some issues with the ServiceNow Spoke. I have connected the DocuSign spoke and can pull templates. I am trying to fill a few fields on the Document via data collected in a Catalog Item.My current Flow is:Look Up Templates on Account Create Draft Envelope from Template Set Field Values Add Recipient to Envelope Send EnvelopeThe issues that I am seeing are in step 3 where I try to set the field values. I keep getting an error that the Recipient ID is “Provided recipient ID is invalid or does not exist.” as well as “Provided field category does not exist.”I am confused how I keep erroring on these. I added a user and used the User ID as the Recipient ID, then tried an email - but still no success. How do I find the Recipient ID? Do I need to Create a new user each time?How do I find the “category” for the field?Thanks in advance!

I am trying to modify the eSignature resource template and update it to include the user’s title and company. I noticed that the merge tags for Sender Name and email are “[[Data:SenderName]]” and “[[Data:SenderEmail]]”. Where can I find the tags for the user’s “Company” and “Title” from their profile? 

Is there a way to have DocuSign send an email to a specific email address if a submission fails to be delivered using the DocuSign API?

As per subject, I would need a way to have Embedded Signers receiving the Completed e-mail when all signers completes the envelopes. My integration is within an Online Account Opening application and I have a possible scenario with a mixed combination of Embedded Signers (the main owner of the account being opened) and additional Remote Signers (the joint owners of that account).With this scenario the joint owners could complete the envelopes days after the main one completed the embedded signing procedure but only the Joint owners would receive the e-mail notification.I understand e-mail notification is off by default for embedded signers and that can make sense when a single signer is needed for a given envelope… but when multiple signers are involved, especially if mixed like in my case, this default behaviour sounds more like a Defect rather than a desired behaviour. I know I have the possibility to use the “embeddedRecipientStartURL” pa

I'm trying to create template with many tabs with API - each of them require separated API call (because of my internal requirements). Some tabs gets positive response but are missing in newly created template.How many API calls can I execute in one moment for one template?I know it's possible to create everything with one call but it's not my case, I need separated calls.  

We need to have a set of dynamic values populate in multiple places across many documents so we’ve chosen to use a template in which the first document is a ‘master sheet’ which contains pre-filled fields which populate across documents.This work great in the UI but not via the API. I eventually discovered this doc which describes a specific method required to enable data replication from the API but I can’t get this to work with either regular text fields or pre-filled text fields.I can’t tell if the docs are saying that the field data label needs to have “\*” in the UI or just in the API when updating but I’ve tried every combination I can think of and it only ever populates the first tab.I’ve made sure the correct setting is enabled as described here and have tried using both the create document tabs

I want to use the template already created in app.docusign web site to our C# application via web API call, for my trails I created a Developer account and used the same account detail for to get the docusign access token as well as i created a template with this account, but in the production I want use the exiting template created in Docusign web portal, in production i have the App account credential not developer account how use the app account credential to Developer account in Docusign application.

We are exploring an integration between DocuSign and Icertis system. I understand DocuSign offers different types of eSignature – Standard Electronic signatures, Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES), Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). We requires a heightened level of identity assurance through digital certificates. What type / level of digital signature will be delivered by this DocuSign / iCertis integration? Is it limited to SES signature type or includes all signature types?

Hi folks,I have scripted a custom integration for Salesforce to Docusign and have a custom object in salesforce with name ‘DocuSign Document’ when the envelope is sent , declined or created i poll for status in Docusign and accordingly switch the status.My question is somebody use the invalid mail id then what status does DocuSign returns? so that i can catch that status include in my status picklist and flip when i need.

Hii I'm trying to recreate template including tabs. I'm receiving such error for some attempts: {"errorCode":"UNSPECIFIED_ERROR","message":"Could not put blob in BlobBaseModule.Put"}I'm using: https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/templates/templaterecipienttabs/create/endpoint.This behaviour is random. How to fix this?

When I first created my account, I received a pop up stating there was a group that was related to my email. I could either JOIN or SKIP. I kept hitting JOIN and nothing happened, so I refreshed my screen. How do I JOIN a group? I know how to create one and add users, just not join

I would like to add a drop down that is required by all senders to select from before sending an envelop.  Use Case:Sender attaches Document(s), adds signers and recipients and note. Sender assigns where Signers need to sign Sender selects which Organization the client is associated with from a Drop Down (new) API reads Drop Down selection as an objects  This will allow us to create an integration with our PM and CRM platforms and link sent Envelops to the appropriate companies in both systems.
