Situation - I have created a form which is tied to underlying template. I am using a configuration to generate the document based off of form and then launching the workflow.Workflow is configured to run at Document generation configuration. However, I do not see Documents.Document.Id variable for the main generated document but am only able to see the fields in the form, i.e., Params.Params.TemplateFieldData.Attachments_Attachments.Attachments_SingleValue.0.Document.Uid".However, if I change workflow config to trigger based off Document then I do not see form fields. Not sure where I am going wrong.But I am unable to assign document IDs of both main and attached documents in one workflow and unable to generate a combined document.Also, in case a user has uploaded multiple files, how would we capture document ID for each as template only shows 1 variable.Any help would be highly appreciated.

I have created a workflow where one of the steps is Send for Review where reviewer downloads the document and can make whatever changes they need. Instead of changing the whole document is there any way that only certain sections can be modifiable and remaining can be read-only.

Is the following possible with DocuSign CLM? A document is generated with merged values from a record in Salesforce. The document is then reviewed internally and sent externally for review and redlines. When the parties agree that the document is finalized, we’d like to update the original Salesforce record with the new values that are in the document’s merged fields. Is this possible? If so, I would very much appreciate a summary of how one would go about it. Thanks in advance!

Hi allI am looking to implement an “Email Document” step as per https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=yks1643320936212&topicId=hpj1576610096401.html&_LANG=enusI am struggling to find much information on what happens when a bounceback or outbound delivery failure occurs (e.g. SMTP Error 550).  We managed to get some bounceback emails coming back into the system, but want to ensure we cover all failure scenarios appropriately.  Any advice on details for this appreciated! Thanks!

Team,  I am trying to add Choose User Step in workflow that will allow the user to select the set of users and storing the users in a new variable for it to use in Approve step. As soon as i run the workflow below is the error that i get. Hi all,I have spent hours trying to use “combine documents” workflow step without any success.The scenario:Document generation triggers the workflow.Document generation form contains attachment field. The user can add multiple attachments. I would like to combine atached documents with the main generated letter to make it as one file (.docx).Looking into variables of the worflow connected to doc gen I can see all my document data points/fields and the main document (generated) ID in the path:Params.Params.Documents.Document.Id and the attachments ID in the paths: Params.Params.TemplateFieldData.Attachments_Attachments.Attachments_SingleValue.X.Document.Uid where X is the number of the attachment starting from 0.Searching community I have found the theread:

Hello everyone.I need to manipulate the ‘Estimated_Date_of_Arrival’ value. How can i Bulk import of all Attributes fields into a newly created Group with Dynamic Drop Down from a Previous group that had some configuration error. Keep in mind i work around by export the attributes first in CSV  then import them to a newly created group but i need all the attributes and fields same. All this is in CLM. Any help would be Appreciated. 

We are using Parties, and we need our Project Managers the ability view contracts for assigned Groups.  Currently, the only menu option is “Documents”.  Are Parties not an option for the Viewer Permission Profile?  Is there a way to add the Parties menu to the Viewer profile?

I have users who would benefit from seeing more data in the Dashboard and Tasks views.  For example, the Sales team enters some details about the request into the template via a Comments text box.  I haven’t been able to figure out how to include that helpful info as a column header.I’ve attached an example of what the End User sees, two examples of what headers I see and also the actual fields I’m looking for from the Template building Step 2:  Complete Form fields.

Support says:Log in to Docusign CLM as an administrator. Select the Trash folder in the folder list in the Documents view. The Trash page opens, showing all deleted content. Select File > Empty Trash. A dialog box opens where you must confirm the deletion. Type DELETE in the blank text field, and select OK.I can get to the Trash page and to select the file but cannot find the Empty Trash button anywhere?

Hey everyone,I’m wondering if there is a way to pass form values through the doc generation URL in Docusign CLM? I know we can pass field values from Salesforce, but sometimes there is data we would like to pass that may not be stored in Salesforce. For example, if we have multiple amendment types (for example Amendment Type A, Amendment Type B, and Amendment Type C) that use the same form, we would like the user to be able to select Amendment Type B in a flow and then redirect them to a form where Amendment Type is already set to Amendment Type B. We have the flow working and redirecting correctly but can’t figure out how to autofill the Amendment Type field. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have modified the brand resource files for use with esig.  I’m having trouble figuring out how to associate a CLM workflow to a brand with modified resource file in esig.  Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

I’d like to have the Email Documents step in my workflow however I’d like to present the user with a prepopulated form that allows them to review the email content before the step fires. My workflow or logic looks like this: Choice → “Send Email” (option)Review email content (this is the page I’d like to present to the user) Email Documents.The Email Review page doesn’t need to include the actual documents.  I’d like it to include the Recipient, Subject, and email body. (3 different text fields)  [The subject and email body I’d like to retrieve boiler text from an eForm.]  After that information is submitted or captured by the CLM user I’d like the system to pass that into the Email Document step. My hunch is that I use the Full Page Edit form step but can’t get it to work correctly or maybe there’s a better step?Can anyone elaborate on how to use this step or suggest a better approach? Hi all, We have an UAT environment that has not been used in a long time and I would like to wipe it in order to install a JSON of the current Prod environment. I have installed JSON in the past and activated the options to override any existing item in UAT, however, some folders, Form, etc. remain in there. This may cause confusion to the admins and the users. Is it possible to completely erase everything in UAT? Many thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,I’m trying to understand how to use a variable to assign multiple document metadata attributes for review in a CLM review step. Here’s my scenario:I have ~30 different documents that share some attributes but not others. For instance, Doc A has Effective Date and Cost that need to be reviewed and Doc B has Effective Date and Contract Duration that need to be reviewed. The thing is, all the documents follow roughly the same review and approval process. As such, I’m trying to create a utility subflow for review/approval that can be leveraged by every document. However, this requires that I can pass the subflow the attributes for review in variable form so they can be dynamically set. Otherwise I will need a huge decision point within the subflow to dictate which document metadata needs to be reviewed, which basically eliminates the value of the subflow. Hello.  I am trying to tidy up our CLM tenant and would like to bulk download hundreds of older documents to store outside CLM in an archive. How do I bulk download?  I don’t want to have to manually select and download 20 at a time.  Is there a way to do this please?
