Keeps showing Error calling 3rd party. Making me nuts. Cannot create a room.

Am trying to create a new room for a recent sale. I enter the tax info and address., fill in the rest of form and hit save. Then that Error calling 3rd party shows up all the time. I have used DTR for years. What is happening?

Hello, I have problems with people receiving the document by email to sign. They are not receiving the email, I already checked that I typed the email correctly from everyone and everything is fine, I resent it and yet only one person received it. What may have happened?
