How can I unlink a room from a ZipForm transaction. I linked to the wrong one.

In talking to the DocuSign help desk, the way to remove the link from a ZipForms transaction to a Transaction Room Transaction is in ZipForms - you can go to the Icon of the ZipForms window you wish to unlink and in the right corner there is a down arrow (carrot) to click on. A pull down menu appears with an option to link to external programs - elect it and then unselect the TR it is currently linked to. You can also link to a specific TR transaction using the same options.

I found the following DocuSign article which seems to cover your issue...I confess I do not use Zipforms so if this is not what is needed, I would suggest a DocuSign Support case.
