How can I remove the “Signs with Notary” option

From memory this is not something that can be switched off by you it has to be done by DocuSign in the background if you are not going to use that feature.

In the Settings and then Sending Settings there are some options to prevent certain types but not 100% notary is an option there as I dont have this on my testing accounts.
