Are Power of Attorneys executed by Australian NRI in the name of her father, acceptable according to Indian laws to execute a sale deed on the Australian NRI’s behalf in Uttar Pradesh, India.

What about the stamps and other processes?

Given the complexities involved, it is highly recommended to consult with legal professionals both in Australia (for the correct execution and apostille process) and in India (for compliance with local laws, registration, and implementation of the sale deed).
