Receiving Errors when using Notary

Our account is setup and ready for Notary. We have gone through the entire setup process. Once we get to the spot where we are trying to notarize a document - it is not letting us setup the video call - furthermore we are getting the following error.

“The account specified is not properly provisioned for collaboration. DocusignIntegration::GroupConfugrationError”

I’m sorry to hear that you are getting an error, I understand this error shows when you try to notarize a document.

 

Can you provide more details?

 

  • Is this happening to several users?
  • Do you have more than one account?
  • Is the account with the Notary permissions set as default? If not, you can set the account as default by going to your preferences, please review this article for assistance: Set a Default Account
  • Are you an Account Admin?
