Did you know you can limit who can see certain documents within an envelope? This can be done using document visibility! With document visibility you can create a single envelope with multiple recipients and restrict who can see certain documents. Visibility is based on where eSignature fields are placed. If a field for a recipient exists on a document, they’ll be able to see that document within the envelope. At a note, the sender will always be able to see all documents included in an envelope. eSignature Admins will set up document visibility under their Admin > Sending Settings. The account profile is where a lot of the main information for your account is stored. For example the account name, account address, admin custom message and custom help contact information. As a Docusign eSignature Administrator, you can access your account profile by going to the Admin tab > Account Profile. Recipients need to enter that access code in order to access the envelope and sign. Let’s walk through some fast facts:Access codes are free to utilize! There is no fee charged per use.
