Document templates have arrived! Document templates make it easy for you to centrally store, manage, and edit your organization’s baseline agreements that are used across your account. You can use a document template to quickly generate a document one off or use it in tandem with an envelope template to streamline the creation and sending for an entire use case.
You can create a document in a few different ways:
- Agreement Template Builder (ATB): Use the web-based editor for DOCX files (from scratch or by uploading an existing file).
- Word Template Assistant (WTA): Use the Word plug-in for advanced DOCX preparation and upload.
- Classic Editor: Use for PDF files
Once a document template has been created, it can be included in an envelope template or used to generate a new document to include in an envelope, maestro workflow, or agreement desk request!
If you need to edit a document template, it’s easy to do so from the Templates > Document Templates area. The change then updates anywhere where that document template is being used.
