This is regarding the create Envelope flow. There is a default settings at individual account level notifying users to match templates when you upload documents to an envelope. Default settings behavior: Automatic template matching compares uploaded files with saved templates. Based on sensitivity settings, you can apply a matching template to your document automatically or with a notification. The template applies recipients, messages, and signing fields. There is a provision to disable this default settings at individual account level. Could anyone please help me know if there's way to disable this default settings for all users at Docusign level.

Morning. I have two questions. 1. Is it possible to create a DocuSign form with a text box that initially appears to accommodate one line of text but can expand to accommodate multiple lines of text and not overlap other text in the form? 2. Is it possible to set the character limit in a text box to 100 lines of text with 100 characters per line (10,000 characters total)? Thanks for any guidance. 

Hi there,  I am attempting to install the DocuSign Print Driver 3 on my Microsoft Surface Laptop 7. When I run the installer, it seems almost to finish installing but then displays an error message as seen in the attached photo.I’m able to run the same install file on another Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 without any issues. The only difference is on the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7, I have new Snapdragon CPU.

Hi everyone,I have created a DocuSign microservice using JHipster. When I make a POST request, I get a 500 error, and it requires javax.ws.rs.core.Configurable (see attached image for the error).  In the pom.xml, I am using the jakarta.ws.rs-api dependency to avoid conflicts with Eureka, which otherwise fails.Does anyone know how to solve this issue or have any suggestions on how to manage the dependency correctly?Thanks a lot for your help!POM:

I can’t create a Docusign developer account - when filling out the form and submitting, the subsequent “clock” just spins and spins forever.  Have tried two computers and two different browsers.    I’ve seen some other mentions of this issue but no resolution.    Help??

Is there a way to automate medical consent forms.  Recently I have had to fill out and sign forms for my minor children for religious & civic organizations.  The forms have many check boxes and signature lines as well as text fields.  Both organizations sent them in PDF with the intent of parents printing them, manually filling them out, & returning them in person.  Returning them required standing in long lines while  volunteers visually checked them and verified they were properly filled & signed.  Then all the forms were gathered and put into a box and taken on the trips with the groups to various activities.  As a parent it is a little disconcerting that my child's medical info is on a piece of paper reviewed by volunteers and in a box somewhere.  My question is:   Is there some way to collect and automate that info on DocuSign?  Is there a way that DocuSign forms can populate a database which could be later linked to some sort of QR code on a bracelet so that

Morning, in my team we are trying to implement an integration with DocuSign and according to the documentation, we need to setup an OAuth process. In order to do so, the steps we’ve followed are:Create a developer account Go to “Integrations” → “Apps and Keys” and create an app there with a secret key and also the redirect URIs and CORS configuration. As it is the first try, we used “http://localhost:3000” everywhere.
