Hi, when I create an envelope using the API, the recipients are not created in contacts and the emails are not sent, even when I try to resend... When I am trying to create an envelope through the UI and it works fine. I can log in, but there is an error modal that blocks the page. (https://apps.docusign.com/)I see tons of javascript errors that say:“[OPTIMIZELY] - ERROR 2024-05-09T22:53:59.227Z ATTRIBUTES_VALIDATOR: Provided attribute: accountPlan has an undefined value.”I hit “contact support”, and I can’t because it says:Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.  going back to this page:I have to inspect the js console, remove the error message modal from the HTML.After I do that, i can click on the manage button and everything is usable, but still see thousands of JS errors.Seriously, this is some mickey mouse web development, with comments and unobfuscated JS, and really bad error handling. Hello everyone.I would like to setup a meaningful rights role concept.I would like to have users who are “only” allowed to send simple signatures, but cannot make any other settings.There should be 3 users who can also send qualified electronic signatures, while others cannot. I would also like users to be able to send letters exclusively via API.Can this be done with the setting?Thanks - and have nice weekend

There have been 2 updates to this product this week. The first worked best for me because my most recently used template was shown on the main page but now you’ve taken it away, again. Why must your progress always include more clicks for the user? The same happened with the Outlook Add-in, so I stopped using it.  If you are going to continually change the main page, you should include user preferences for defaults so we can see what we need and not have to register multiple, useless clicks to get where we need to go.

I have an Outlook add-in that saves an email from a mail folder to a .MSG file and moves it to a case management system.  Some messages are not exporting. One common factor is DocuSign.  I’ve tested this successfully with my own DocuSign notifications (as a recipient). I’m wondering if DocuSign has a security setting that might be blocking the saving of the email as MSG.Is anyone aware of such a setting within DocuSign?

Hi,I have recently signed up to the sandbox version of Docusign as I want to get up to speed with some of the functionality. A colleague of mine is also using the sandbox version as we would like to collaborate on some of tests. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to collaborate in the sandbox version e.g. add each other as contacts/users/send emails/share templates, we have not been able to do so. I would like to understand whether the sandbox version of Docusign allows colleagues to collaborate on it? If so, what steps do we need to take to ensure we’re both using / viewing the same version (as none of our attempts so far have worked)? Please note: we already have a Docusign account for our organisation (which we prefer not to run numerous tests on), hence the sandbox version is to try out different tests outside of the account. Thank you,Emma

I would like to use the API to automatically sign a document without the user having to receive an email, go to the site, sign and complete the process there.  I am wondering if it’s possible to sign the document with a previously created signature and prepopulate some of the specific fields on the document.

Hello,Is it possible to do the solution mentioned below through their API in bulk?Our Identity Provider is configured to use the email address as the NameID, for which DocuSign outlines the following solution for only one email at a time:1. Update the user's email address in the Identity Provider.2. In DocuSign, navigate to Org Admin > Users and search for the user by their current email address.3. Navigate to the Profile tab and update the current email to the new email.Note: The new email address must be on a domain managed by your Organization.4. Navigate to the Security tab and reset the user's Federated ID.5. I am trying to integrate with CLM APIs however I am not able to figure out how to setup Authorization and Authentication. DocuSign APIs refer creating a developer account and setting up Integration Keys there but it only seems to work with eSign APIs and not with CLM. Can anyone PLEASE help me figure this out, I am having a hard time finding the solution to this.

Does DocuSign offer a Sandbox that stays in synch with a Production account ? If yes, where to find that information?  

We are a Public School District that receive a ton of PSLF forms that require an electronic signature, I always print the completed form for the employee file when I am done.  I cannot seem to do this within Docusign,  I get no option to “print” now.  I used to get an email of the competed form but now I do not.  How can I remedy this issue???

Hello all,My organization is currently trying to integrate DocuSign with the Drupal website that uses FillPDF extension to fill PDF documents.The idea is that the PDF document is filled in by FillPDF (complete), then it sends the filled PDF to DocuSign (where we have already created a template and were able to sign it manually), which, in turn, opens the document and allows the user to sign it. Then, this document is returned to Drupal website and stored locally under a specific name. We have already tried to install DocuSign Signature module to our Drupal website but all it does is provide generic examples.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

We have a lot of phishing mails pretending to be from docusign. We have had an awereness training for the users, but it should be really awesome if we could let docusign sign the e-mails with a certificate so that the users are sure that it is from our company. Is this possible or on a roadmap?
