DocuSign support states that they do not support .p7m protocol, it is CAdES. DocuSign only supports PaDES. The envelopes are from Italy. They must use the following link to unencrypted https://vol.postecert.poste.it/verificatore/itWhen the docs are unencrypted, the original does not have signatures. The signatures are on a page that is blank except for signatures.

As part of the development process, I am sending an envelope to the recipient through the DocuSign developer account (r**************@********) The email is successfully sent from DocuSign, as I can see the email content in the Developer Account Console page. However, the recipient does not receive the email in their mailbox, even after checking the Spam folder.Initially, we suspected it might be a firewall issue. I also tried sending the envelope to my personal email ID, but it didn’t work either. Although the email is sent from DocuSign, it is not received in the mailbox.Could this be because we are using the developer account?

I’ve just installed Docusign eSignature for Salesforce: The trusted eSignature solution from the App Exchange. The account appears as properly connected to Docusign; however...when checking User Management, the only user (the admin) is set to an active status, but based on a Youtube tutorial, the radio button next to “Active” is not set to green. I wonder if this will affect me ? If so… how can solve this problem ?

The customer is using our integration with DocuSign and has access to both a regular DocuSign account and a CFR Part 11 account. However, they are consistently directed to the regular DocuSign account, regardless of their actions. Even when the user logs out and explicitly logs in with the Part 11 account or sets it as their default, they remain unable to access it and are continuously connected to the regular DocuSign account.is there a way via the APIs to provide the customer the option to select between the regular and Part 11 accounts when using the same email address?

We use DocuSign as an internal tool for signing incident reports in each of our care homes.  One thing i am trying to report on is a list of outstanding signatures.  I can do this per envelope, but i am trying to do it for all envelopes under one category.  The closest i can get is the envelope report that shows me there are x outstanding on one envelope and that envelope was sent to xxx people, but the list of people it gives me is everyone that was sent the report not the outstanding ones. Ideally i just want a simple report that says Person A xx OutstandingPerson B xx Outstanding etc…..

Hello, my client uses DocuSign DocGen in salesforce, but it is not available in portal.I created an API call, but it seems to use a regular template from eSignature, even though I have the docgen template already setup in developer org.Is there a way to use the API and apply the rules for document generation I setup int Salesforce?

I can not find my signed document in the docusign mailbox. I have two signed document, one I can still access throught security code, another one I totally lost, how can I get the document ?
