Outstanding Signature's Report

We use DocuSign as an internal tool for signing incident reports in each of our care homes. One thing i am trying to report on is a list of outstanding signatures. I can do this per envelope, but i am trying to do it for all envelopes under one category. The closest i can get is the envelope report that shows me there are x outstanding on one envelope and that envelope was sent to xxx people, but the list of people it gives me is everyone that was sent the report not the outstanding ones. Ideally i just want a simple report that says Person A xx Outstanding Person B xx Outstanding etc…..

Calling API for DocGent

Hello, my client uses DocuSign DocGen in salesforce, but it is not available in portal. I created an API call, but it seems to use a regular template from eSignature, even though I have the docgen template already setup in developer org. Is there a way to use the API and apply the rules for document generation I setup int Salesforce?

Our customer want know why the sum of last two ByteRange of the pdf file is not equal with pdf file size. what’s the data after it? I find the document:Digital Signatures in a PDF https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/DigSigDC/Acrobat_DigitalSignatures_in_PDF.pdf I only find one ByteRange but find 4 %%EOF. So what other 3%%EOF for? thanks. Disable Template Matching for all users

This is regarding the create Envelope flow. There is a default settings at individual account level notifying users to match templates when you upload documents to an envelope. Default settings behavior: Automatic template matching compares uploaded files with saved templates. Based on sensitivity settings, you can apply a matching template to your document automatically or with a notification. The template applies recipients, messages, and signing fields. There is a provision to disable this default settings at individual account level. Could anyone please help me know if there's way to disable this default settings for all users at Docusign level.

expandable text box and character limit

Morning. I have two questions. 1. Is it possible to create a DocuSign form with a text box that initially appears to accommodate one line of text but can expand to accommodate multiple lines of text and not overlap other text in the form? 2. Is it possible to set the character limit in a text box to 100 lines of text with 100 characters per line (10,000 characters total)? Thanks for any guidance.

Print Driver 3 Install on Snapdragon CPU

Hi there, I am attempting to install the DocuSign Print Driver 3 on my Microsoft Surface Laptop 7. When I run the installer, it seems almost to finish installing but then displays an error message as seen in the attached photo. I’m able to run the same install file on another Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 without any issues. The only difference is on the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7, I have new Snapdragon CPU.

Error: "javax/ws/rs/core/Configurable"

Hi everyone, I have created a DocuSign microservice using JHipster. When I make a POST request, I get a 500 error, and it requires javax.ws.rs.core.Configurable (see attached image for the error). In the pom.xml, I am using the jakarta.ws.rs-api dependency to avoid conflicts with Eureka, which otherwise fails. Does anyone know how to solve this issue or have any suggestions on how to manage the dependency correctly? Thanks a lot for your help! POM:
