I have set up a template for signature. However, when I try to save and close the template I keep being told I cannot save it as the template is not locked. And I cannot find anywhere that I would lock and unlock the template. Any advise?

Hello!  Is it possible to use Signing Group in a “Set up Invite” and “Get Signatures” steps within a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow?  If the answer is yes, then how?  Should I create a new Signing Group.  Then manually type the new of the Signing Group as one of the Participants of the Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow?  When configuring the “Set Up Invite” or “Get Signatures” steps I would be able to select that Participants, but what should I put as Name and Email?  Can someone please clarify my misunderstanding?  Thank you!

HelloI have two questions in related to Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow:Did Docusign remove Starting Variable from Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow?  I have seen training video (might be old videos) where you can configure Participants and Starting Variables when one creates a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow.  But I couldn’t find where to create the Starting Variables when creating a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow. Is it possible to do a bulk sending a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow with a CSV so that recipients’ information in the CSV is available to the Steps within the Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow.Thank you.Sam

Last Friday our customers started to receive an error, "Not All Tags Are Signed", even though all of the required fields have been indeed addressed. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, how did you get it resolved? 

We have a number of users who have used their corporate email for freemium or trial accounts. We have turned on SSO but how can we go about closing these accounts (obviously after they remove any documents)? Can we contact DocuSign support to do this for us or is there another method?Thanks.

When a document has been signed by everyone it has been sent to, do they get a copy of the final signed document or do I need to download it and email it to them?

Why are the form fields blank after I send the document, even though I have filled them in and can see the completed form before I send?

Ever since I first stumbled into the IPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) world with If This Then That (IFTTT) years ago, the potential that was evident there was super exciting.to me. I’ve since spent time playing around with Zapier and Power Automate as well. Some of it is in the context of Docusign and sometimes just for fun and exploration of what is possible. An example of one practical application of IPaaS software that I use daily is to help with my calendar management by blocking out small breaks between meetings so I’m not stuck back to back all day. I have 5, 10, or 15 minute breaks that automatically appear to give me time to wrap up a meeting if it runs long, take bio breaks, a quick breather, etc. It’s been a lifesaver when I didn’t have other software or add-ons that could accomplish it.
