Hi, I have sent a Nitro PDF document that has Note’s in it that show up off to the righthand side of the page (see second image below), these are for the Signer to review and then potentially approve. However, when it gets to the Signer, they cannot see the Note’s only the small yellow boxes (see first image below) on the page of the document that indicates a Note is there.Is there a way of being able to show the Note’s for the Signer? I have tried to get them to download the document, but this still only show the small yellow boxes.Any help on this is greatly appreciated! Many thanksLouise

Hello. I created a new document custom field. The field type is Text Field. Validation type is Number. The value being entered is a currency. How do I add a $ symbol to precede the number value? Thank you,Nancy   

Hi, we have linked docusign with teamtailor (for the recruitment process), do you know if when the candidates sign a job offer is saved on Teamtailor or just in doucsign? is it possible to find them in both platforms? thanks a lot

I am sending forms out to clients that contain name and addresses.  I created the document in the dosusign word assist.  all of the merge fields look to be single spaced.  i pulled in the recipients using a csv file via bulk send.  The finished document that the client sees has a bunch of extra spaces like below… Name Adress 1 Adress 2(Removed information due to P ersonal Information)

Hi,I am struggling to access a document I signed a few months ago. When I click on the “Review Documents” button in the email I received from the sender, I am asked to click “Send new link” or “log in”. When I click “Send new link” I don’t get any new emails. I’ve checked the other folders and there is nothing there, and I’ve tried this many times for a few days but I receive nothing. What can I do, and who can I contact about this?Any advice would be deeply appreciated!

If I want to draw a line thru certain wording on a document before sending to esign, I heard it was thru “pre-fill tools”, but I can’t find that any where on my account/screen view. Thank you.

Is it possible to add a word count or add a limit to a text box in the doc gen form in CLM?  We are adding a text box field which is also used to capture the metadata from the text box attribute.  However, the attribute is limited to a 400-word count.  Thank you,

While using document generation, you can create the word document with the "{{studentemail}} " but that requires the sender to type the email out. If the student is in the routing path, can you place the tag within the word document so Doc Gen will pick it up inside the paragraph?
