In a Salesforce to DocuSign integration.In admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys, I created an app and integration key for use with a SF Partial sandbox.  I went through the Go Live and promoted that IK to DocuSign Production, and am using it in SF Production environment.  My SF Partial integration settings have not been changed and are still using the IK that has been promoted.Are the envelopes that are being generated via SF Partial, since it is using the same IK as Prod, being created with a monetary charge?  I just looked at a new signed doc from SF Partial and it has the red Demo language in the upper right.

While I am sending my template for the user to sign. I want the template name to be updated with Templatename _ Contactname or Id. I am trying to use the withName method from envelope but it is throwing me some error. Method does not exist or incorrect signature: void withName(String) from the type dfsle.Envelope. Current scenario :: I have my docusign template uploaded in docusign site and am using that envelopeId to get the template in my apex class. But while I send the template, I want the template Name to have templateName_ContactName.

Hello members,I'm encountering an issue while generating an access token using the JWT flow in PowerShell. Initially, I thought it might be a simple fix, but I've been troubleshooting for several hours without identifying the root cause. Here's the situation:I'm using a PowerShell script to generate a JWT assertion and then use that assertion to retrieve a temporary access token. Unfortunately, my request is failing. For comparison, I generated a JWT using JWT.io with the same private and public keys, and it successfully retrieved an access token. I've verified that the structure and payload of both tokens appear similar(Check below, same iss and sub) Working Failing     At this point, I'm unsure what I'm missing. It could be a minor configuration error in my script.I'd appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions you might have. I am trying to integrate the docusign to my existing project and after adding the docusign SDK dependency from below url to my maven project getting error “com.docusign.esign.client -- Cannot be resolved” I followed adding dependency tag (as stated below) to my pom.xml file. https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/sdks/java/setup-and-configuration/ so after adding the dependency, For testing purpose i added a reference “com.docusign.esign.client.ApiClient” to my .java class and started getting above dependency error. do i have to specify any additional dependency for docusing.esign.client apart from below to my pom.xml file? Any suggestions please? <dependency> <groupId>com.docusign</groupId> <artifactId>docusign-esign-java</artifactId> <version>5.0.0-RC1</version></dependency>

we have embebed DocuSign with our web application for signing documents. we are facing an issue that when someone first time sign a document using embebed DocuSign : after signing DocuSign is not redirecting to the url that is specified as redirect url in DocuSign developer account. but after first signing it is redirecting to the correct url.

I cannot find any documentation online for how to “Correct” document after it has been sent.I have a new document (newer version) and I want to replace/correct the existing document in envelope.I have tried to use UpdateDocuments, but it is not for envelope already sent. 

Hello,I would like to know how to create a template in the DocuSign dashboard using variables with curly braces, without using the drag-and-drop fields. Hello Everyone,I have a quick query regarding the anchor string feature of DocuSign. I have a web app that allows users to select documents to preview them first. If everything looks good, they can proceed with e-Signing.To achieve this, I have set up two templates in my DocuSign account:Preview with Viewer role: This sends the envelope to the current logged-in user for previewing. If everything looks correct, The user can then proceed with the e-Signing process using the second DocuSign template with the Signer role.Everything is working in the flow as expected, except for the part where the user wants to preview the envelope. The user is receiving the envelope, but the documents within the envelope have empty anchor string values. However, when the user actually sends the envelope for e-signing(Signer Role), we can see that the anchor string values are populated correctly in the documents under the envelope.I'm wondering if this is by design, or if there's something I'm missing or do

Hello everyone,I'm encountering an issue with my HTTP request to DocuSign's create envelope function, and I'm unsure if it's by design or if something is broken.In my development DocuSign account, I have two templates: one for preview with just one 'Viewer' role, and another for e-Signature with a 'Signer' role. Sometimes, users want to preview documents before sending them for eSignature. In such cases, they select the preview option, and I make a call to my first template with the 'Viewer' role, and they receive the envelope in their email to preview it.Everything works fine up to this point. However, when users open the documents, they don't see any data corresponding to the anchor strings I've configured in the JSON payload for DocuSign. On the other hand, when users actually send the envelope using the second template, they can see the anchor strings properly populated at the desired locations.So, I'm a little confused. Is it by design that envelopes with 'Viewer' roles can't see

How to create an envelope  with allowMarkup enabled using docusign Rest API? I am facing issues while creating an envelope.Docusign error: CANNOT_ALLOW_MARKUP: Account does not have permission to set Allow Markup." This error occurs only for few templates. Can someone help me in fixing the issue. 

Our team experienced a critical issue in going live from our developer app to our production app. API calls that worked seamlessly on sandbox failed on production. It appears that a feature, Enable In-Browser Editor, was missing on production, similar to the error reported here. We are incredulous as to why the feature would have been enabled in the sandbox but not in our production instance, if the sandbox was set up by the DocuSign team. An issue like this renders the GoLive instructions useless, if performed in a sandbox that cannot mirror production. In order to prevent a problem like this in the future, is it possible to expose the enabled features in the sandbox in order to cross-reference with production?We are also looking for clarification on which features are enabled for developer environments by default (developer apps) when configured by DocuSign on behalf of customers or if these are specific to each customer’s agreement.  Thanks 

Is there any kind of data validation on the DocuSign side for the EnvelopeRecipient smsAuthentication.senderProvidedNumbers array? Does this field assume the values in the senderProvidedNumbers array are valid phone numbers? We are working to support both international and domestic phone numbers, and wanted to know if there was any kind of formatting or other validation logic for this field, i.e. adding a “+” for international numbers, to account for.

I can log in, but there is an error modal that blocks the page. (https://apps.docusign.com/)I see tons of javascript errors that say:“[OPTIMIZELY] - ERROR 2024-05-09T22:53:59.227Z ATTRIBUTES_VALIDATOR: Provided attribute: accountPlan has an undefined value.”I hit “contact support”, and I can’t because it says:Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.  going back to this page:I have to inspect the js console, remove the error message modal from the HTML.After I do that, i can click on the manage button and everything is usable, but still see thousands of JS errors.Seriously, this is some mickey mouse web development, with comments and unobfuscated JS, and really bad error handling. I wouldn’t even be surprised if these errors were not logged anywhere and they went into a void.Now I am questioning docus

Hi, I am new to Docusign and facing an issue with access token being generated. The previous developer had integrated Appian with Docusign to send envelopes and the integration was working successfully till some time ago. Strangely, the integration is working well in both TEST and PROD. environments but failing in DEV. I am getting the error as “invalid grant”. The code and the keys are the same across all three environments except for the userId which is environment specific. I am using an Appian function to return the JWT token. Can anyone advice how to resolve this issue?
