Hello, I see on Envelope>Create>EventNotification the possibility to add a “AD Hoc Connect Envelope”. The Basic Auth didn’t work.On this Topic : Docusign Connect Now Includes Basic Authentication Support, i see in Q/A :Q: Why can’t an envelope-level Connect configuration created with the eventNotifications object include Basic Authentication settings?A: The current API doesn’t support the additional parameters. A future version of the API will support Basic Authentication for envelope-level Connect configurations This feature is planned ?  Thanks,

I have a template which I have turned into a webform. During creation of the web form I input a question  as a dropdown question stating “Do you rent or own” with the selection of “Rent” or “Own” as the dropdown options and in the “API value” I included the appropriate labels to connect these answers to the template field once the form is submitted. Because it is set up as a dropdown question the actual “API Reference Name” is automatically labelled as “Select_bfaQ9jlc” but as mentioned the “API Value” is “Renter” and “Owner” to correlate with the template. So, when I go to activate the form is says I have disconnected links. When I try to connect them, it wont let me choose the appropriate field to connect them to, so I move forward and activate it, and then go to test out the form, I fill it in and the information from the Rent or Own question does not get filled into the template. This happens for all my questions displayed in the styles of checkboxes, dropdowns, dates, etc.It seems

We are trying to use the “Request a signature using focused view” within our .Net Application (C#) and are having trouble using the Fixed Signature placement in the top right of the document. Note: The PDF’s we are having signed cannot be setup with the anchor because they will be invoices coming from multiple customers.  We have it working using the anchor but when we switch to the fixed XPosition and YPosition, the document gets submitted and we can display it but the signature is not placed on the document. Here is the SignHere tab (comment is the working anchor). I tried width and height to see if it happened to be hidden 1 x 1 pixel, but no luck.   Are we missing something in order to get the fixed signature placement on the document?

Hello everyone, I am working as a programmer at a technology company and have the opportunity to work on a separate project with a client, Terus. This order is still normal, but there is a requirement from my client, Terus, that I must use eSignature API for some of their automatic functions. I have never approached eSignature API before in a learning environment. I accidentally searched and saw that everyone shared about eSignature API on the forum, so I want to ask everyone where to start learning?I also talked to Terus and they accepted that I did not know how to use it and told me to learn and complete the related functions at the end. The client edits these merge fields before completing the document, and the values are then written back to Salesforce. In another process, I want to send this document to another recipient using the Apex Toolkit and a trigger, which works well.However, I need the previously used merge fields to be read-only in this new context. We will send the envelop to Factory, the receiver will input from the drop-down list.   Can system display the vendor name based on the factory name selected?If yes, how to maintain the list of factory and the relationship between the factory and vendor?

We have built an integration with DocuSign, which essentially shares the envelope with the signer via our (Zingly’s) application.This is good, because it keeps the engagement between sales and service reps and their customers in the workspace. Having said that, in addition to the signer (customer) being notified that they can review and complete signing via Zingly, we would like to ensure the signer continues to get their “An envelope has been shared with you to review and sign” email from DocuSign.HOWEVER -- it appears that with DocuSign integrations (such as embedded signing), the integrations SUPPRESS all but the “completed signing” emails. Hi All,In my document i have an anchor string “I:” in multiple places and the connector is adding at all places where it finds “I:”, but when I try to enter some values in those text boxes, same value is being taken automatically in every text boxes in the document. Sample ImageI entered - Test2 in the first text box and same value is being auto populated in other two text boxes as well. Can anyone help me on the same? RegardsSasikanth

I’m trying to open a new tab from my application, allowing to an user sign an agreement. I have follow the tutorials, consult the API, test it with the API Explorer, and I’m not getting that the sign appear in the returned URL. I make two requests:https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/enveloperecipients/list/ https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/envelopeviews/createrecipient/The first one gives me all information I need to make the second one:{userName: “name”,email: “valid@email”,recipientId: “a number”,returnUrl: "http://example.org",authenticationMethod: "None"} This return a response 200 with a URL.When I open the URL in the browser, I can see the document but I cannot sign it. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, We’ve been asked to integrate eSignature in one of our internal web applications (named Talent) so our users can sign electronically during annual assessments.I’m in charge for integrating DocuSign in Talent using Authorization Code Grant flow. I have followed the example provided in GitHub and added another AuthenticationScheme in the client as the default one is already used.However, I met a CORS issue when calling DocuSign as a preflight request was sent before the original request and failed as the header “Access-Control-Allow-Origin” was missing.In my first attempt, I tried to enable CORS in the integration application from DocuSign “My Keys and Apps”, not working, then I implemented a CORS middleware following Microsoft documentation, but it didn’t solve my problem. So I need some guidance to implement the authentication to DocuSign correctly.The architecture of our application is 3-tier architecture: one client-server web application (Net.Core 6) and the database server.

HiI am currently trying to place the SignHere tab.I have tried the anchor but have found out that my document, generated by the FPDF library, is not machine readable. So I have changed my mind and am now trying to place a fixed position to the SignHere tab. But it isn’t working either.It seems like my pdf is treated like a whole and not like pages.Is that possible ? Could this be the reason ?If so, how can I do ?Thank you for your help.

Recentemente eu criei um APP para realizar algumas integrações e após a finalização do desenvolvimento, realizei o processo de Go Live.Após a aprovação e selecionar a conta para qual deveria ser destinado, nada aconteceu.Meu app na conta de desenvolvimento é apresentando com o Enviroment Production, mas não consigo visualiza-lo na conta de produção.     Primeiro realizei o procedimento em uma conta de desenvolvedor, aguardei 3 dias úteis e não obtive sucesso.Realizei o mesmo procedimento em uma segunda conta de desenvolvedor e também não obtive sucesso.

I had a scripted CUstom button, then undeployed this script and disabled it in the Config page.  Now there is only 1 custom button enabled, the UI Custom button.  I am not sure how or what the trigger was added on the UI custom button and now hides it whenever the button is clicked (signing into Docusign).   How do we make the “SS Send Credit App” button not hidden on the Customer form after logging into Docusign?  or which scripts may have been impacted?

Hi everyone,I have created a DocuSign microservice using JHipster. When I make a POST request, I get a 500 error, and it requires javax.ws.rs.core.Configurable (see attached image for the error).  In the pom.xml, I am using the jakarta.ws.rs-api dependency to avoid conflicts with Eureka, which otherwise fails.Does anyone know how to solve this issue or have any suggestions on how to manage the dependency correctly?Thanks a lot for your help!POM:
