ISV license query

Hi Community, I have a question related to authenticity and potential misuse of ISV license e-sign. If the ISV license and contract signing is done by a partner with the customer at the partner location using the tablet screen (collection of e-sign) and thereafter enabling customer to click the acceptance of terms on the document, is there a possibility of misuse of the e-sign collected by the partner in future as they had collected the e-sign and potentially stored it in their system? Also only post completion of the signing at partner location, the customer has got the completed document emailed to them. Please advise, thanks!

Focused View with two signers

How to configure Envelope to have First signer sign in Focused View and Second one sign through the Email sent after the First one? I can have one signer sign in Focused View and Two Signers sign through the Email. Can’t do First focused and Second email. Working with c#.

Golive issue

1. pass the go-live review, 2. then select a go-live account,input the production admin email 3.input password then get error, does anyone have idea? I cant log a support ticket as DocuSign have blocked that now.Also my DocuSign Account Manager has left DocuSign and their email bounces back so can’t even email to get escalated. Any suggestions / help appreciated.

Adding redirect URI to an integration key in developer account

We have set up an integration key in our developer account. I need to add a redirect URL but it is not letting me save this showing the message in the below image. I have tried this several times on different days but still no luck. Can you help me understand why this is happening and tell me how to resolve this?

Automatic Consent for Sending Envelopes with DocuSign API in Laravel Application

Hi everyone, I’ve implemented DocuSign in my Laravel application, and I’m currently using JWT Grant Authentication for sending documents to clients for signing. The integration is working fine, but I’ve encountered an issue: When I send envelopes with documents for clients to sign, initially, I have to manually provide consent via the DocuSign consent page. Since my application is designed to function as a backend microservice that sends documents automatically via triggers, this manual consent process interrupts the flow. I’d like to ask if there’s a way to automate this consent process, so the documents can be sent without the need for manual intervention. Is there any configuration or API feature that allows automatic consent or pre-authorization for the app, or any best practices around this when using DocuSign in such a backend service? Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!

Unable to Promote My App to Production Account

Hi team, I have passed the review for Go-Live process. But when I click on start Go-Live it will ask for the Production Docusign Credentials, On specifying I am getting this below Error. I am blocked with this. Can anyone help me to resolve this?

QuickStart Problem With PrivateKey RSA

Hello everyone! I'm using the eSignature API, and recently all my code has been running into issues with the RSA Private Key. I tried running the standard QuickStart code, but it has the same problem. The error message is: ValueError: Unable to load PEM file. See https://cryptography.io/en/latest/faq/#why-can-t-i-import-my-pem-file for more details. MalformedFraming. All my code used to work just fine, but now this issue keeps happening. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

DocuSign Connect Event by App

Hello DocuSign community, I have an account with two apps, one for each business application in the company I work on. I also have several templates, which currently are all used in one of my apps to generate envelopes to clients to sign. Also, I have a few webhooks configured on DocuSign Connect to inform my application about events on the envelopes. Now, I want to add a few templates to be used by my second app. I would like, as well, to configure webhooks to inform my second app about envelope events. As far as I understand, if I configure a new webhook and provide an URL for my second app, it will receive events related to all envelopes, created from templates associated with the first and with the second app. Is there a way to have a more separated configuration, so I could have templates and webhooks associated with one app (and integration key) only? Focused view : localization and zoom issues

Hello, I have integrated the Docusign signature for my customer orders via the Focused view mode.However, I encounter 2 problematic issues: 1. The buttons are not translated into french even though the default language of my account is set to french. Via the JS setting, we can only change the last button but all the others and the start popup are in english. Is it possible to choose the language somewhere? 2. The zoom on the documents by default does not suit me.It is too high and I do not know how it is calculated.Is it possible to adjust it in one way or another? Partial Signed document via API

I have a document with five signers and would like to retrieve the partially signed document after the first two signers have completed their signing. Is it possible to obtain the partially signed document through the API?

Unable to fill customfields sending envelope

Hello, We are unable to fill the customfields of a template when we try to send an envelope on Docusign API REST. The endpoint we are using is: {{baseUrl}}/{{apiVersion}}/accounts/{{accountId}}/envelopes The body is the following: { "templateId": "xxxxxxxx-4240-4951-bdb1-f43315509f6e", "templateRoles": [ { "roleName": "Signer", "name": "Test Name", "email": "test@test.com", "tabs": { "textTabs": [ { "tabLabel": "Custom1", "name": "Custom1", "value": "Esto es el custom 1", "documentId": "1", "pageNumber": "1" } ] } } ], "status": "sent" } We previously created the field with the label Custom1. But when we receive the template result on the mail tray the fields values are not appearing. The collaboration checkbox is also marked. Any solution? Thanks in advance

Composite Template - multiple server templates (including a single mutli-user signature page)

I’m been researching how to use Composite Templates now for a few weeks, and I have yet to really make sense of this. Here is my specific use case. I have several server templates created that have product specific contract language, and I have opted to create a single signature page, which has signature blocks for the service-provider, and the client, along with 2 additional optional client signature blocks. Based upon the products sold to the client, the envelope would have 1, 2 or 3 contracts (server templates), along with the signature page (also a server template). Each contract/template contains tab data that would be pre-populated by the service-provider role and sent during envelope creation. All users will be sent all documents in the envelope, and expected to sign the signature page, in recipient order. I’ve attempted to use the eSign API explorer for create:Envelope to attempt to assemble some reasonable JSON, however this tool is terribly hard to use with long scrolling bar

Date Signed In REST API

we have a requirement to auto populate the date signed field with the date and time stamp when the user has signed the document. Please let us know how do we do this using the REST API for creating and sending the Envelope. we see that there is a DateSigned tab on the API, but it requires us to provide a X and Y position of the date Signed field. We are not sure of the X and Y positions of the date signed field on each document which we send. Can you please let us know if there is anything better than this field to use

I am using Docusign eSignature API and I have a template which has pre-fill tabs added that are being populated with values when Document envelope is being created via API. I am using this endpoint: https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/envelopedocumenttabs/update/ And whenever values are updated, tab is duplicated, one empty and the other one with value. The reason for using pre-fill tabs is to display information for all signers. And the problem is that sometimes I reach tab limit and envelope fails to generate. How could I solve this?

two signers with priorisation

hello everyone, we use the rest api (eSignature) to send documents by email and have them signed. but now we need a kind of double signature process. i mean the following: the document should be sent to 2 people. first person 1 has to sign and only when this is done, person 2 has to sign. it is important that person 2 is only allowed to sign if person 1 has already signed. how exactly can we realise this? thank you.

How to Integrate DocuSign Webhook with Node.js for Post-Signature Database Updates

I’m building a contract management system using Node.js that integrates with DocuSign. When a contract is created from the frontend, an email is sent to the customer with a document to be signed. I’ve successfully set up a trigger event using DocuSign Connect, so that once the customer signs the document, DocuSign sends a payload to a specified URL (currently pointing to a test URL from WebHook.site). Now, I need to configure my Node.js application to receive this webhook payload, allowing me to process it and perform certain database updates after a successful customer signature. What’s the best way to achieve this integration?

I have created a webhook that listens for any envelope created and calls the API i configured.My intention is to open the envelope based on the details received in webhook. But in the response the complete url is not available and it has only the url path , how to construct the base urlwe recieve envelope uri as /envelopes/<envelope-id>

Embedded Sender URL

Hello Everyone! I received a request to remove all DocuSign actions from my Power Automate workflows and replace them with Custom DocuSign Connectors instead. I am having trouble replicating the Generate Embedded Sender URL. My Custom Connector has all of the attributes like the actual DocuSign connector, but mine is missing the Output Embedded Sender URL. Any ideas on how to generate it?

DocuSign Signing Session: Template Prefill Fields Not Mapped in Documents When Signing is Launched from Salesforce LWC

When launching a DocuSign signing session from a Salesforce Community site using Lightning Web Components, the signing session initiates correctly as per the guidelines from the DocuSign site with reference of link - https://developers.docusign.com/docs/salesforce/how-to/embedded-sending-signing/. However, I am encountering an issue where the template with prefilled fields is not appearing. I have set up field mapping in the template, but the mappings do not show up on the signing page. How can I achieve this using a Lightning Web Component (LWC) with Apex?
