And it was declined wihout any reason.
How can I get the reason?

The most common Go Live violation is Polling, we generally run all of our tests and preparation using only 2 or 3 envelopes, which creates a Polling Violation.
Make sure you create enough test envelopes to reach your 20 successful calls without breaking any rules.
