So I have seen a few people that have the same issue. I have tried the best answer to open support. Now I get this reply
 

But I still can’t access developer account. Clicking on the button just redirect me to maestro page. i have tried to login with my email, but I can’t. I tried to change my password but it said that I don’t have any account.

What should I do from this?

The screenshot you provided is a confirmation that an account was created successfully. We recommend the following steps to troubleshoot:

 

  • Enter your password. If your password is not accepted, please click "Reset password"
  • Check your email for a password reset message and follow the instructions provided. Once done, return to the link and try again.
