​​​​Hi all, I am new here and I tried to read the documentation/serach the forum already, but unfortunately I cannot find the solution and that is why I am here :(.Task:I was trying to integrate Docusign with my webapp through RestAPI.Problem:I found that the app sometimes does not allow the user to choose their signature. For case 1, after I click the “signature” button, I am allowed to place a purple box anywhere I want and I can choose the signature I want.For case 2, Once I click the signature button, a default signature is applied and I cannot change it.I assume it is some problems of the envelop configuration through RestAPI (“create envelop”) but I am not sure how to find the correct place to change the configuration.Analysis:Here is the summary of different scenario:If in the “signers” section. Hi,I am using the python quickstart app, with my developer account, to create an account. It fails to do so and that is apparently because there is no plan item associated with the org.  I have attached error screenshot. Could someone please help with how can plan items can be created.

Hey there, I’m currently using the composite template feature and combining a template from users docusign account with a generated contract, but that document sends together as a one single merged document. I want to send these 2 documents separately how can I do that? Is there any setting of some sort to handle this?

Hello!I've encountered an issue where the userProfileLastModifiedDate field, retrieved via the DocuSign API's Get Users endpoint, does not appear to update when changes are made to a user's profile through the DocuSign Admin web interface.Problem Description:Scenario: I log into our DocuSign account as an administrator. Action: I navigate to "Users" and select a specific user. I then proceed to make changes to that user's profile settings (e.g., company or job title) and save the changes. Expected Behavior: Subsequently, when I make an API call to the Get Users endpoint (e.g., /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/users) to retrieve the details of the modified user, I expect the userProfileLastModifiedDate field in the API response to reflect the recent changes made through the Admin UI. Actual Behavior: The userProfileLastModifiedDate value for the modified user remains unchanged, showing an older timestamp, even though the changes made via the Admin UI are correctly applied and visible

HiI use SDK  model to create an envelope. I do have a scenario in which i have two sets of “Yes” “No” checkboes.. How Can I use checkbox class for yes or no option to select only one option. I know how to do it with radio and radio group class. Could  anyone suggest how to proceed it with checkkbox class in c# SDK.

We are seeing a new issue with our workflow to manage templates via the API* where the font is changing from Arial to Lucida Console in the final template (the workflow is basically copying a template from the demo environment to the production environment).Per the May release notes, the default font is changing *to* Arial and Lucida Console will no longer be supported. Given that it’s still May and not all announced changes will be deployed by the time the notes are published I wouldn’t normally ask, but these release notes also have “This publication applies to the Demo and Production releases for May 2025 version 25.1.02.00. All datacenters have been deployed for this Production release.” So given that, can I assume that this change *is* live? And that if we’re not specifying the font for a template and/or it’s not recognized, the default *should* be Arial at this point?*This integration is still using API v2.0, upgrading this is a work in progress.

Hi,I have a scenaio, which I found little weird when I was testing reassignments. Below is the scenario.I have 3 signers A (signing order 1), B (signing Order 2) and C (signing Order 3).Signer A has signed the envelope. Now envelope is corrected, Signer B is changed to Signer A. Signer A is the 2nd order signer now. Signer A reasigned it again back to Signer B. Signer B is now the 2nd order signer again. But I see Signer A is not added as a CC recipient after reassignment. Question 1. Why Signer A is not in the CC recipient?Question 2. I get the API response from Docusign after reassignment, why there was no CC recipient in that response?Question 3. As per the API respose we recieve after reassign. How would someone know who has reassigned to whom ?Let me know if there is any question for me.Thanks in advance.

Hello,We are implementing docusign signatures for our product where we will create envelopes and send contract documents to our clients for their signatures.But we are getting “ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED”, we are using a free developer account for this and I believe if we have reached the limit for the developer account tier.Can someone assist in the solution and if we go for paid plan then how much contracts we can send to our clients to sign? As per my knowledge, an envelope can have multiple documents.We plan to send multiple contracts which might have many documents in them so the number of envelopes our business would require could exceed 400-500 (a mere ballpark figure).The plans I have seen allow like less than 100 envelopes We will be implementing webhooks and APIs for all this envelope creation and sync the statuses of the envelopes (signed or not)Would really appreciate the feedbackRegards

Hi,We're attempting to use DocuSign within an iframe, but it occasionally fails to load properly. Team, Did this years ago and it was much simpler.  I am trying to connect my ERP (Oracle Cloud) to DocuSign (DS). I created a dev account of DS.  I added the following as required by Oracle CloudUser ID Account ID Endpoint URL The above are available in settings. However, the last thing Oracle Cloud asks for is an Oauth URL.  I cannot find this.  I searched help and looked in connected apps...only github.  Sounds like I am suppose to create a connected app for Oracle Cloud and add the URLs (so DS knows who is connecting), but I am just guessing here. I have no idea what to do next, would be great if someone could help me out.  There is only one close response in the help docs and the helpee could not get it to work… TIA to anyone who can help here.

Hi everyone!I am evaluating if we want to use docusign for our non profit org. We are using slack and want to utilize the workflow builder of slack for which DocuSign steps are available.I have created a envelope template in docusign and want to send it via Slack workflow. In the custom workflow step in slack I am able to select my DocuSign account and the template created. However the step is not able to load the roles that need to sign into the workflow step:Roles can’t be loaded from docusignMaybe thats a temporary bug or I have done something wrong?Is this working for anyone or is this bug known?If this is not working we will probably not go with docusign even thougth everything else is working just fine. Thanks in advance!

My organization has a lot of existing Power Automate flows that use Adobe Sign.  I’d like to transition them to Docusign, but am hitting a huge obstacle.The flows currently work like thisGet MS Form response Populate a Microsoft Word Template (selects the doc and fills out all the template fields using the responses from the form) Send to Adobe SignThe template document referenced in step 2 has Adobe Text Tag fields such as {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}} that identifies where Signer1’s signature should go.  I have not found any equivalent way to do this in Docusign.  I’m really surprised that this would be so difficult.  There’s no text tags I can add to the document that will tell Docusign where I want the signatures to go?  I attempted to make to something like this: Get and update document generation form fields, but I got this error:  “DocGen document not allowed. Account does not enable AllowDocGenDocuments setting.”  Looking up that error tells me that I need some extra add on.  I

We have installed Docusign App Launcher in our Salesforce org and we use Docusign generate and convert REST API to generate templates and the Docusign Apex toolkit to send Docusign envelopes. We have used Docusign custom fields in our templates. Some of these are also synced to Salesforce fields for write back. For testing purposes we work with the same documents , sending it to the same test customer. On opening the email, the customer sees the fields pre populated with values, they can be the same values entered from previous tests. We do not want this to happen. Any option or setting which will stop fields from pre populating.  

Hi Team, We have implement Docusign integration with Dynamics with client, Currently the setup is in DEMO environment as we are still in Development and UAT phase. The workflow was working fine until day before yesterday, howeever it started throwing an error at Add Documents step. Object reference not setPlugin Trace logs has the same error as above.  Has anyone faced this issue? 

Hi, Couple of customers have complained that after embedded contract is showed, that page is grayed out and they can’t operate with contract, buttons are not clickable “Contract stays greyed out, I cannot scroll or read any other sections of the contract, cannot check boxes, cannot sign”Do you maybe have some idea why?

A few days ago, my work colleague created a developer account. Everything worked for several days without any problems, envelopes could be created and emails went out. Since yesterday no more emails have arrived. We have tried several email addresses with several providers, spam folders are empty. DocuSign says email is out but nothing arrives at any of them.I have also just created an account and generated a demo app for C#. The same behaviour, I enter the data in the console, a message appears that everything has been sent successfully, but nothing arrives at any recipient.Are there any problems with the test accounts at the moment?
