DATA LABEL option missing in production account templates

In the Developer account, templates created through the Template Builder include a tab field called Data Label.

However, in the Production environment, the Data Label field is not available in the Template Builder.

I developed a program that populates template tabs fields using the DocuSign eSignature API. Data Label used as a key to map values from the API.
