After a client signs the sent envelope, it is forwarding them to an outdated website. How do i remove the forward link after clients executes their envelope? Thank you

Can we see all of the emails that go out for an envelope in esig?

I am trying to see the body and subject of emails that were sent out for a specific envelope. I don’t see anything like that on the envelope.

Hola, realice la itnegración de MAKE.COM con Docusing y WhatsApp, sin embargo, una vez que el cliente firma el contrato mediante el correo electrónico y yo intento descargarlo en WhatsApp no me lo envía con firma debido a que se realiza una desconexión Y/o apago de Make en docusing, a lo que entiendo es por la sesión de seguridad que se realiza de forma automatica, pero hay una forma en la que permanezca siempre abierta la sesión y me descargue el contrato con firma?

Problem with Cookies when Signing Documents in Docusign on Any Browser

Hello everyone! At our company, we are experiencing difficulties with Docusign cookies when signing documents. We have already conducted several tests on different laptops and browsers, allowing all possible cookies. However, the message regarding permission or rejection of cookies continues to appear for each document to be signed. We sign many documents daily, and this problem is impacting our workflow. We would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or if they have any suggestions to resolve this issue. Thank you for any help or advice you can provide!

Viewing completed envelopes

I need to get a completed envelope URL so that recipients can see the envelope of the generated documents. How can I generate that URL?The envelope arrives by email and when they finish it, a completion email arrives where they can see the signed documents. Is it possible to deactivate that notification?I need to deactivate it so that I can generate the envelope display URL and, through that, recipients can see those signed documents through that URL. Can any of those be done?Something else I want to clarify is that signed documents can be seen without having to log in to DocuSign.

Changes in our Docusign Developer Newsletter distribution

We’ve recently decided to change how we distribute the Docusign Developer Newsletter . While we’re still producing the Newsletter monthly, we’re transitioning to a quarterly email distribution model. Docusign just keeps spinning.

When trying to get a signature or sign a document from a SharePoint library, Docusign just spins forever. I have tried using Chrome and Edge browsers. I have tried on different devices and different login accounts and still are having the same results.

I am attempting to delete/close an account user using the Python SDK. The access token was obtained using the Oauth Authorization Code Grant Flow. I have the user_read and user_write scopes as well. Mail Not received to Recipient Mail box in Developer account

As part of the development process, I am sending an envelope to the recipient through the DocuSign developer account (r**************@********) The email is successfully sent from DocuSign, as I can see the email content in the Developer Account Console page. However, the recipient does not receive the email in their mailbox, even after checking the Spam folder. Initially, we suspected it might be a firewall issue. I also tried sending the envelope to my personal email ID, but it didn’t work either. Although the email is sent from DocuSign, it is not received in the mailbox. Could this be because we are using the developer account?

I am following this code sample and kept running into many errors. User (admin) Status is active but radio button isn't set to green

I’ve just installed Docusign eSignature for Salesforce: The trusted eSignature solution from the App Exchange. The account appears as properly connected to Docusign; however...when checking User Management, the only user (the admin) is set to an active status, but based on a Youtube tutorial, the radio button next to “Active” is not set to green. I wonder if this will affect me ? If so… how can solve this problem ?

Normal and Part 11 account

The customer is using our integration with DocuSign and has access to both a regular DocuSign account and a CFR Part 11 account. However, they are consistently directed to the regular DocuSign account, regardless of their actions. Even when the user logs out and explicitly logs in with the Part 11 account or sets it as their default, they remain unable to access it and are continuously connected to the regular DocuSign account. is there a way via the APIs to provide the customer the option to select between the regular and Part 11 accounts when using the same email address?

Update or Skip Second Signer in Multi-Signer Workflow After First Signer Completes

We have integrated DocuSign for a multi-signer workflow with 3 signers using our Node.js application. In most, cases, the signing process work as follows:Signer 1 → Signer 2 → Signer 3 (all signers complete the document one after the other)This is working fine for scenarios where all 3 signers are required.However, we have a specific use case where:1. After Signer 1 completes the signing, we need to update the second signer’s information dynamically and Skip Signer2(in certain conditions). Continue directly to Signer 3 to collect their signature 2. In other cases, we want to proceed as usual, where all 3 signers complete the document in sequence. Questions:1. Is there a way to conditionally skip a signer(Signer 2) after the first signer has completed the signing process?2. Can we update the document or signer information dynamically(ex: update signer name, date of sign)3. What is the recommended approach for implementing such conditional workflows with DocuSign’s API’s?
