Developer account registration is not working

Hello All,

 

Can please someone suggest me that how can i able to register as developer account?

I tired everything, like changed the network, PC and tried mobile also, but i can’t able to create the developer account.

Can you provide the link that you were using?

Also please provide the error message if it is showing.
