Finding/Organising Contracts

hi,

I know that my contracts have been completed, yet i cannot find them in my account.

I am really confused as to why it is so hard to find all my contracts and wondering if there is an easier way that i dont know about?

Additionally is there a way to ensure that i can format contracts upon completion that all completed contracts appear in a single folder so i can search there?

Please help!

Please check which account you used to send. please login as same as you send the envelope.

@Hengfeng Ge Thanks for your insightful reply. @Moshe R If you are still having a problem, please let us know. Also, there are other things that can be done to place your completed contracts into a single location. In eSignature, an Agreement Action can be used to store them in a single place. A Maestro or CLM workflow step can also do the same. It depends on how you are managing your agreement workflow.
