Hello everyone!

At our company, we are experiencing difficulties with Docusign cookies when signing documents.

We have already conducted several tests on different laptops and browsers, allowing all possible cookies. However, the message regarding permission or rejection of cookies continues to appear for each document to be signed.

We sign many documents daily, and this problem is impacting our workflow.

We would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or if they have any suggestions to resolve this issue.

Thank you for any help or advice you can provide!

We have the same experience but only if you reject cookies - it keeps asking for cookies acceptance every time you need to sign an envelope.

Hello,

we are facing the same issue in our side. It was working good before but now, users need to accept cookies popin everytime they are signing a document.

I did some tests to reproduce and I can reproduce on Chrome/Safari.

I raise that I’m not facing any issue with this url https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/What-is-DocuSign-s-Cookie-Policy?language=en_US&rsc_301 with the same configuration.

I check the cookies management with the browser inspector and the cookies are well added.

but for the signing we are redirected to this domain https://eu.docusign.net. When I accept the cookies, no cookies has been added in my browser so if I refresh, the popin appear again. I try to add manually the cookies in my browser and it is working, the popin stop to appear, but I will not suggest to my users to do it :)

someone can help us ?

thank you

PS: I have a support case opened in progress

Same issue here - super-annoying & a really poor user experience. Not solved by accepting all cookies, rejecting all, or including docusign URL as an exception in Chrome settings. Changing my VPN to a US gateway at least moves the cookie notice to the bottom of the page where I can ignore it, but that’s a poor solution.

Please sort Docusign. Not impressed.

We have the same problem. I get a lot of complaints. The users don't understand why it has changed for the worse and to be honest I don't either.

Hello,

just to let you know that docusign apply a fix on my side since today and it’s working fine.

The internal docusign ticket issue is SIGUX-3557.
