Redirected after signature

After a client signs the sent envelope, it is forwarding them to an outdated website. How do i remove the forward link after clients executes their envelope? Thank you

In your DocuSign Brand settings, review the destination URLs to ensure they’re directing users to the correct pages (e.g., signing complete, decline, or session timeout URLs)."
