Why Can't I Retrieve Submitted Instances from a Simple Web Form in the Developer Environment?

Hello everyone,I have created a simple Web Form with only two fields, FirstName and LastName, using my DocuSign developer account. I've activated the form link and submitted data multiple times, including some submissions in Incognito mode with different names. However, when I send a GET request to retrieve all instances via the following API route:/api/webforms/v1.1/accounts/{accountId}/forms/{formId}/instancesI receive an empty list ([]).{ "items": []}I’m unable to find any of the submitted form data.Could anyone explain why this is happening? Is it expected that form submissions don't appear in the developer environment, or should I be able to retrieve submitted data even in dev mode? Or perhaps are there restrictions on the Web Forms API in the developer environment that only allow access in production mode?For context, I am using JWT Grant for authentication and have admin access to my developer account. Workflow/maestro: Automatically upload completed docs(envelopes, pdfs) to Google Drive

Hi,I need help to figure out how to automate the process of uploading all completed envelopes (pdfs) into Google drive as soon as they are completed? So as I understand first step(start) of the workflow will be Event -  Completed envelope. Btw, I don’t need all the envelopes, just from certain templates. Would appreciate any tips on thatThank you

Salesforce APEX Toolkit - not able to writeback values to Salesforce

Can I use the API to bulk assign a CEO-style signature to multiple users?

Hi all,I have a use case that involves multiple users signing documents using the CEO's name and signature style.For example, there are about 10 department managers who sometimes need to sign contracts on behalf of the CEO.Instead of having each manager manually set up the CEO's signature in their own account (which would be time-consuming), I’d like to use the API to configure the CEO's name and signature image for all of them in bulk. My goals are:Apply a standardized CEO-style signature to all relevant users.Automate this via the DocuSign API (so no manual configuration per user). My questions:Is it possible to programmatically assign a specific signature (name and image) to multiple users?Is there an API method to do this in bulk?Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!

Using Identity Verification with templates

Created the draft envlope with POST request2. To sent the envelope using the PUT request but it is creating two different recipient with the same name while putting instead of updating the existing recipient.Could you please suggest the solution

Recipient Cannot choose their signature if the envelop is sent through RestAPI?

​​​​Hi all, I am new here and I tried to read the documentation/serach the forum already, but unfortunately I cannot find the solution and that is why I am here :(.Task:I was trying to integrate Docusign with my webapp through RestAPI.Problem:I found that the app sometimes does not allow the user to choose their signature. For case 1, after I click the “signature” button, I am allowed to place a purple box anywhere I want and I can choose the signature I want.For case 2, Once I click the signature button, a default signature is applied and I cannot change it.I assume it is some problems of the envelop configuration through RestAPI (“create envelop”) but I am not sure how to find the correct place to change the configuration.Analysis:Here is the summary of different scenario:If in the “signers” section. Hi,I am using the python quickstart app, with my developer account, to create an account. It fails to do so and that is apparently because there is no plan item associated with the org.  I have attached error screenshot. Could someone please help with how can plan items can be created.

formatting issue when using checkboxes via the API

Good Evening all Can anyone help with a formatting issue when using checkboxes via the API?This is the layout I’ve used in my editor:ACTION:I/we, having read the Joint Legal Ownership of Property Factsheet, please indicate—by ticking one of the boxes below—which option you wish to take:[radio1|Beneficial Joint Tenants|Action1][radio2|Tenants in Common in equal shares|Action1][radio3|Other – Please Arrange a Call|Action1]And this is how it ends up in the final issued document (formatting appears off and doesn't behave as expected).Any advice would be appreciated!

How to send the composite templates separately

Hey there, I’m currently using the composite template feature and combining a template from users docusign account with a generated contract, but that document sends together as a one single merged document. I want to send these 2 documents separately how can I do that? Is there any setting of some sort to handle this?

Value of 'userProfileLastModifiedDate' in /users endpoint remains unchanged

Hello!I've encountered an issue where the userProfileLastModifiedDate field, retrieved via the DocuSign API's Get Users endpoint, does not appear to update when changes are made to a user's profile through the DocuSign Admin web interface.Problem Description:Scenario: I log into our DocuSign account as an administrator. Action: I navigate to "Users" and select a specific user. I then proceed to make changes to that user's profile settings (e.g., company or job title) and save the changes. Expected Behavior: Subsequently, when I make an API call to the Get Users endpoint (e.g., /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/users) to retrieve the details of the modified user, I expect the userProfileLastModifiedDate field in the API response to reflect the recent changes made through the Admin UI. Actual Behavior: The userProfileLastModifiedDate value for the modified user remains unchanged, showing an older timestamp, even though the changes made via the Admin UI are correctly applied and visible

Checkboxes with GroupLabels with more than one tab group

HiI use SDK  model to create an envelope. I do have a scenario in which i have two sets of “Yes” “No” checkboes.. Release notes rollout disclaimer - which one to believe?

We are seeing a new issue with our workflow to manage templates via the API* where the font is changing from Arial to Lucida Console in the final template (the workflow is basically copying a template from the demo environment to the production environment).Per the May release notes, the default font is changing *to* Arial and Lucida Console will no longer be supported. Given that it’s still May and not all announced changes will be deployed by the time the notes are published I wouldn’t normally ask, but these release notes also have “This publication applies to the Demo and Production releases for May 2025 version 25.1.02.00. All datacenters have been deployed for this Production release.” So given that, can I assume that this change *is* live? And that if we’re not specifying the font for a template and/or it’s not recognized, the default *should* be Arial at this point?*This integration is still using API v2.0, upgrading this is a work in progress.

Envelope does not add signer recipient to cc recipient after reassignment

Hi,I have a scenaio, which I found little weird when I was testing reassignments. Below is the scenario.I have 3 signers A (signing order 1), B (signing Order 2) and C (signing Order 3).Signer A has signed the envelope. Now envelope is corrected, Signer B is changed to Signer A. Signer A is the 2nd order signer now. Signer A reasigned it again back to Signer B. Signer B is now the 2nd order signer again. But I see Signer A is not added as a CC recipient after reassignment. Question 1. Why Signer A is not in the CC recipient?Question 2. I get the API response from Docusign after reassignment, why there was no CC recipient in that response?Question 3. As per the API respose we recieve after reassign. How would someone know who has reassigned to whom ?Let me know if there is any question for me.Thanks in advance.

Docusign Envelope Creation limit reached

Hello,We are implementing docusign signatures for our product where we will create envelopes and send contract documents to our clients for their signatures.But we are getting “ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED”, we are using a free developer account for this and I believe if we have reached the limit for the developer account tier.Can someone assist in the solution and if we go for paid plan then how much contracts we can send to our clients to sign? As per my knowledge, an envelope can have multiple documents.We plan to send multiple contracts which might have many documents in them so the number of envelopes our business would require could exceed 400-500 (a mere ballpark figure).The plans I have seen allow like less than 100 envelopes We will be implementing webhooks and APIs for all this envelope creation and sync the statuses of the envelopes (signed or not)Would really appreciate the feedbackRegards
