Anybody is having issue retrieving the token Docusign.eSign version 8.0.0 on dot.net 4.8? aToken = docuSignClient.RequestJWTUserTokenAsync(clientId, impersonatedUserId, oAuthBaseUri, privateKeyBytes, tokenExpiry, scopes, token) Return aToken.Result ‘←- this never returns, neither the timeout token kick in. It’s stuck and go no where forever.

Docusign Connector Issue using Powerautomate

Currently I am using DocuSign Demo(Preview) connector to achieve the pdf Sign functionality. If I use DocuSign Demo connector, I won’t get the Production connection reference in the Account and vice versa, if I use DocuSign main connector, I won’t get the Demo connection reference in the Account. Is there any possibility that can I use DocuSign Main connector with Demo Connection References. Below are the two images, one is DocuSign Demo(Preview) Connector and DocuSign main connector.Anyone please help here, Is there any possibilities? Thank youIbrahim SK

Keeping portions of a form fillable PDF unlocked after e-signature

Hi Everyone- I am a fairly new docusign user. Wondering if it’s possible to lock only a portion of a page on a form fillable PDF after e-sig has been applied? The reason I ask- I have created a one page form fillable document that has a ‘top’ section a new vendor is required to fill out (that requires a signature) and a ‘bottom’ section that is for company use only (I’ve attached a screenshot example).For a form fillable PDF, once the the e-sig is applied, all fields are locked from further edit, understandably. In this case though, I would like to be able to continue to fill info into the ‘bottom’ part of the form which is separated by the “For Acme Inc Use Only” section, rather than print, then wet fill in, then re-scan as a pdf. Is it possible to only lock the fields above the black separator line? Thank to you in advance for your read and assist. :)

How to save during completion of webform and also the associated Docusign Signing session to finish later?

I have a webform I created and have a few questions regarding it and the signing session that is generated after completion of the form. When I copy the URL to complete the webform, it is the same URL each time. Do i use the same URL for every person I want to send to, or is there another method I’m supposed to be using to send it to different people to complete the webform? When someone is completing the webform, how do they save progress if they want to come back to it later, I’m not seeing that option? When the docusign signing session opens up, if I click on Finish Later, I’m not seeing any emails that come to me to allow me to restart the session? Upon starting the webform completion, there is an individual name and email address I enter that as I understand is used for the webform and docusign session, but I don’t get any emails that I input there.

Power form order of review after an edit is made by signer

I have a Power Form with 4 signers. The signing order is 1 > 2 > 3 then 4I have set up the Power Form such that any signer can make edits to to original content supplied.Once any signer makes an edit, what is the order of review - does it go back to the first signer and then continue forward?Examplessigner 3 makes an edit - does it go back to signer 1, then proceed to 2, then 3 again, then 4?or…signer 3 makes an edit, it continues to signer 4, then comes back around to 1 and then 2 ? Just want to know what is the expected behavior and if possible can it be altered?Please advise Thanks ----Barry

Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure appears continuously for one user

We have approximately 350 users in our corporate account that utilizes the Part 11 module. Out of those, I have one single user for whom the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure appears in the Certificate of Completion. The user himself does not see anything when he signs an envelope, but when completed, this is always included in the summary. Does anyone know why this is happening, and if so, what needs to be done by myself as the admin, or by the user himself to remedy?

Expired document- multiple recipients

Hello, I sent an envelope with a contract to 3 different people. I only was required to get it signed by 1 of the 3 individuals. The 1st person signed it. However, since the other 2 went without signing it the document is now showing as expired and void. Is there a way to retain the document with the 1 persons signature without it showing as void?

The date stamp for signer is incorrect

When my clients sign documents I’ve sent them, Docusign sometimes indicates they’ve signed at a different time or even on the following day, when they have not. For example, I received a completed document this evening at 9:42pm PST today (Oct 14, 2024) and it was date stamped tomorrow for the second signer! I’ve checked my settings, and the time zone I indicated is correct. This can cause critical issues if not remedied. How do I get this addressed?

Hi,i just bought Bussines Pro plan of Docusign and I have kind of simply problem. I can’t pick “sign with witness” option in proper place. I have only 4 standard options: Need to sign, in person signer, receives a copy, needs to view.tbh I choose that plan only for that, and case is pretty urgent.
