error when trying to create an envelope

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem trying to create an envelope.Getting the error:Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code [401] with response Body: O:8:"stdClass":2:{s:9:"errorCode";s:27:"AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN";s:7:" message";s:105:"The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed. Authentication for System Application failed.";}.All credentials are properly set. Is there any extra configuration to be done with the token received through OAuth?

Removing Signature Types (Can't find option in settings)

I am going into my DocuSign settings and I cannot find the section that allows me to edit signature types. I want it to only allow signers to sign by drawing a signature, not by typing it. Where am I missing this option? I click on Settings and cannot find the Signature Types part.

Branding colours hindering graphics

If the brand has a white background, the logo/icon which shows at the top of certain emails is also white but it stays white meaning it cannot be seen.The branding features seem to be very simple in the settings panel.Any advice on how to go about chaging the colour of the icons?

Customize template subject line

We would like to customize the subject line of a template to include a unique identifier so that we can easily identify the envelope and corresponding emails accordingly. We send many of the same contract types (a template) to the same partners (one of the routing recipients) so name and email addresses do not make the envelopes distinguishable. For example, we send the template for Purchase Order Type #6 to a vendor called ABC Inc. 20 times per year. All of the envelopes and emails are named something “Purchase Order Type #6_ABC Inc.” and so are indistinguishable from one another. We would like instead to be able to include the purchase order number associated with that specific envelope in the subject line such as “Purchase Order Type #6_ABC Inc._456546”. Thus, the “456546” tag is unique and so can be easily identified, organized, and aligned with our other administrative systems.I have seen in other DocuSign Community threads that it is possible to use the document name in the temp

Sent Items have disappeared

Everything was fine this morning, but this afternoon I went to search my sent envelopes that were still awating signature and they are all gone! Upon investigation, it looks like everything I sent out since 4 days ago is missing, although I am still receiving items. Did I accidentally hit something? The criteria is set for 6 months, so that can’t be it. Anybody know?

How to manually specify the signing location in a file through API?

Force reauth issue?

Hey, lately I’ve encountered a very strange behaviour of the platform. When i try to visit `https://app.docusign.com/api/accounts/{account-id}/envelopes/{envelop-id}/documents/1`, disregarding if I’m already logged in, platform starts redirecting me with all these oauth bullshit. And those redirects definitely have some markers, that tell it to redirect me back, to the page I intend to visit, but something goes wrong and I eventually stop on `https://apps.docusign.com/send/page-not-found` landing page. The fun part begins, when I try to visit the same document with Postman, when i add exactly the same request params as my browser (cookies and stuff) - system does not want me to re-authenticate, it simply returns my document. Help me understand, if it’s a bug or a feature?

API WhatsApp Delivery - Not receiving WhatsApp message

Hi,My account has already WhatsApp enabled and I’m trying to create an envelope via API with WhatsApp as the delivery method. I send the request, the envelope creates successfully (I receive a succesful response with the envelope link and I can also see it on my dashboard, but it just says “Waiting for” and I’m not receiving the WhatsApp message from DocuSign.Documentation is very poor on this subject, there are no real examples, no info about the country code or number format: Number must include the country code also? With plus or without plus sign? With one zero before the number, two zeros? So many questions...This is my envelope definition:I’m in Spain so the country code is 34.Appreciate any help, thanks!

Getting FORMAT_CONVERSION_ERROR error trying to do Document Generation on a developer account

I’m following this tutorial and hitting an error when I get to step 3. I’m using the Node.JS SDK and the error I’m getting back is: "status":400,"text":"{\"errorCode\":\"FORMAT_CONVERSION_ERROR\",\"message\":\"The data could not be converted.\"}" I’ve tried many different files, all DOCX, including very simple one-line docs and docs from the sample projects with the same issue. I can send all these docs as normal envelopes. In the docs here it says:Document generation is available in all developer accounts However, I don’t see any settings mentioned in this blog post on my account, so I’m wondering if the above is still true. Appreciate any advice/guidance anyone may have, thanks!!

Group Email with 1 signer not known in advance

Our Envelope recipient has a back-office group email address. Whomever receives the email will sign. As it is a group address with a lot of individual turnover, we dont know the specific signer in advance. Depends who is working that day. Thus, when add the group email address as a recipeint, we dont have a name go with it. How we accomodate for this in a template?

report issue - character limit

Greetings! I am exporting form data for use in a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, some of the text responses are cut-off. 128 characters seems to be the limit. Is there a character limit for exports? Is there a fix so I can get complete data? Why is my ED not able to get envelopes?

Hi, In the past month or so, my Executive Director has stopped receiving notifications that there are envelopes for her to sign. If she logs into Docusign she can see what’s there, but nothing is alerting her to that. Her user status is Pending and she’s not receiving the resend invitations either. How can I fix this?Deb

Issues with strike-through text in mobile web version

I’ve recently had to sign important documents through docusign, and thoroughly read through them on my phone beforehand.I noticed portions of text in the contract that I didn’t recognise or was even told should have been struck from the document. I also noticed weird horizontal lines below some pages/sections. When I called the supplier of the document, they sounded surprised and said that the sections I mentioned had strike-through applied on their end.And indeed, the desktop version of the document was fine. Somehow, the mobile version moves the horizontal strikes away from the text, to somewhere below it. This is obviously a software bug, but I wouldn’t call it minor:The fact that this formatting, something that completely changes the contents of a contract, is stored separately as something visual (horizontal lines) instead of a property of the text itself (formatting) is very concerning. (I have no idea what category to file this under)

Only Sender Gets Copy of Signed Document

Is there an ability to send a document for signature but only the sender gets the signed copy. There are numerous cases (particularly with 3+ signatory documents) where it is not appropriate for individual signatories to get the fully-signed document. This should be a setting but does not currently seem possible and requires such an agreement to be individually sent to each signatory.

Why do I have no prefill options except Line

I have created some templates and sent some out, but I want to set a few fields to be pre-fill so that I add the detail each time I send out (like company name, price) without changing the template. When I go to the document, no matter what I di, the only option on the left by the pencil for pre-Fill is to add a line. There is no option to add a pre-fill text box or company name. Any idea what is wrong?

I need to close a number of accounts for people who have left the company.From the help docs I am supposed to select Close users from the dropdown menu under Bulk actions.
