    The Document Generation Forms will always result in a document generation, which could be a dummy document that is automatically moved to trash as part of the workflow, which is not a nice solution.However, sometimes just a non docgen form may be required to gather some preprocessing data or to provide a single entry point from salesforce. Eforms, though a solution, don’t have a proper integration with Salesforce and are bit more cumbersome to set up. Perhaps a non docgen form is suited to this use-case and can be a great addition to the existing features.

    It would be helpful if the task view had other columns similar to the "Info" column, which you can update using the "Update Information" workflow step.I'd also like you to add a column with the Requester's Name, the person who initiated the workflow.Many clients request this.

    "Want to sign another document" workflowDuplicate

    I have many contracts to work through when I am working in Docusign. I can only sign contracts from clients if our internal workflow is completed, therefore I need to sign things in some sort of order.  After I complete a document, the “Would you like to sign another document” prompt is helpful, but it is often a contract I cannot act upon. Therefore, I have to exit the page and navigate back to all of the agreements in my portal to select the next document.  It would be wildly helpful if this prompt instead showed a list of 5-10 different contracts to go into, instead of just one. This would allow me to customize my workflow without exiting the page.

    Generate Playbook from existing contractIdea Submitted

    I have a request from our Legal team to use the DocuSign AI Assisted review in a new way. They want to be able to use an existing contract as a template and have DocuSign AI Assisted Review identify all the key contracting sections that are present and then use those contracting principals to generate a Playbook that can then be edited and applied against a new contract. Furthermore the clauses found in the template contract could provide the basis for a clause library or could be used when generating the AI suggested red lines. Is this a functionality that exists today, if not is it currently being developed, if not can it please be developed?

    Increase Bulk Upload Limit for Contracts in DocuSign CLMIdea Submitted

    Business RequirementCurrently, DocuSign CLM restricts bulk uploads to a maximum of 20 contracts at a time. This limitation is significantly impacting workflow efficiency for teams that manage large volumes of contracts, resulting in increased manual effort and delays in contract processing. Our organization frequently needs to upload hundreds of contracts in a single session, and the current restriction requires repeated manual uploads, which is time-consuming and prone to error.Enhancement AskWe request the ability to configure or increase the bulk upload limit for contracts in DocuSign CLM. Ideally, administrators should be able to set a custom limit that aligns with their business needs, or DocuSign should substantially raise the default limit (e.g., to 100 or more contracts per upload). If technical constraints exist, please provide alternative solutions, such as API-based bulk uploading or a dedicated bulk import tool.Increasing this limit will:Enhance workflow efficiency Reduce manual effort and errors Improve user experience for organizations managing large contract volumesThank you for considering this enhancement to better support enterprise-scale contract management.

    Old Audit files are being pulled and merged into current documents causing wrong final documents.Idea Submitted

    In the document workflow -  there's "Search 1" step that goes and retrieves the audit document from the folder and then performs a merge/move to trash of the old docs, so that the original document that is in the workflow is maintained through the wf but also has the audit docs.What we think is happening is that this "Search" step is not descriptive enough to pull the correct audit file, the current logic is only looking in the In Process Folder and if the title contains "Audit". So the incorrect audit files are getting merged within the wf and possibly getting sent out to customers if there are old audit docs that are still in there. (i am getting an error trying to add a screenshot, but i think there's only one search step in this wf).Is there a way to add a condition for the created date of the document, or to do a sort to select the most recently created doc? From what I can see on a "search" step, it's more descriptive text or attributes we can filter but not really datesM.H. - was the actual person who bought this idea up. I just did the legwork.

    SUGGESTION TO ALLOW RECIPIENTS TO TURN OFF REMINDERSDuplicate

    I’d like to suggest that email recipients have a link in their reminder email to turn them off.Customers who don’t want to sign contracts get annoyed by the reminders. It would save the send a lot of time if the recipient could turn it off via a link. Clutter-bug

    HiWe are a UK co but have entities in other jurisdictions (Canada and US).  The parities folder in CLM can only show currency of agreements in dollars - can it please be amended to show the currency the agreement is in (CAD/USD/GBP)?

    Hi! We would like to suggest creating a link to be sent to the subscriber who is pending subscription, as they often say that they did not receive the email to sign and sending the link for the person to access and sign would facilitate the process.

    Automatic refresh for Report Widgets on Dashboard pageIdea Submitted

    My client has flagged a recurring pain point: when users open or refresh the dashboard page in DocuSign CLM, the report widgets don’t automatically update. They’ve asked for a feature that would allow the widgets to refresh automatically with the page, so the data shown is always current without needing manual action. This enhancement would make the dashboard a lot more reliable and user-friendly.

    I am the DocuSign Administrator for my company, and all my users are complaining and hating (I know its a strong sentiment but that is what they are saying) the new UI.Before Attribute updating was a lot easier, simpler to see all attachments linked to a document, even approving final document was simpler. Everything seems to be hi8dden, so wondering what was the reason beh8ind the madness?

    現在のCLM仕様上、メンションとタスク実行時のコメントの両方ともに、テキスト入力時の改行ができない（又は改行したように見えても実際のコメントでは改行されていない）と認識している。これを改行できるような設定変更等はできますでしょうか。現在の仕様では難しい場合、当社の運用において相応の長文コメントをする場合もあり、メッセージの理解度向上のためにもコメント内で改行ができるように仕様改善をしてほしい。  We understand that, under the current CLM specifications, it is not possible to insert line breaks when entering text in mentions or task execution comments—or even if line breaks appear to be entered, they are not reflected in the actual comment.Is it possible to change the settings to allow line breaks in these fields?If this is difficult under the current specifications, we would like to strongly request a specification improvement. In our operations, we often need to write relatively long comments, and enabling line breaks would greatly enhance message clarity and understanding.

    Currently, within the Salesforce integration, CLM Files requires the Account or Opportunity name to be used as the folder name. This configuration generates validation errors when the name contains special characters or exceeds 100 characters, which limits usability and causes a direct impact on CRM operations.Suggestion:Allow the folder name to be customizable in the Salesforce integration, enabling the use of other Salesforce fields — for example, the object ID (AccountId/OpportunityId) — instead of the textual name.Benefits of this change: Prevents validation errors due to excessive length or special characters. Ensures consistency in document storage between Salesforce and CLM. Improves the integration between Salesforce and CLM by reducing the impact of Account and Opportunity name changes. Provides flexibility for companies to adapt the configuration to their specific Salesforce processes.

    On your portal you indicate that it is not possible to download the task groups. However I would very much like to have a download of the task groups including the users that belong to a task group. Can you please create a standard report in CLM so it is possible to generate this report and download it. We need to have this for audit purposes.This was raised as a support case 15761114.     Select party pop-up windowI have a CLM form 3rd party upload at document generation.When I choose the form with actions it will ask for a party automaticly. The text in the pop-up window is not correct. Generate AgreementIn order to generate a document you need to choose which party this document is associated with.The select party pop-up is an out of the box popup and cannot be customized.Can you enhance the verbiage of the select party pop-up?And it should also be translated to Dutch when the language setting is not English.  In Docusign CLM, the system automatically displays the Select Party pop-up.This pop-up is currently out-of-the-box and cannot be customized — the text always refers to generating an agreement (e.g., “In order to generate…”).In our use case, this pop-up appears even though no document is being generated; the user is simply uploading an existing agreement. As a result, the current message is misleading and causes confusion for end users.Requested Enhancement:Add the ability to customize or configure the text and labels of the Select Party pop-up window, for example: Change the instructional message (“In order to generate…”) to context-specific text (e.g., “Please select or create a party before uploading an agreement”). Allow different messages per Action type (e.g., Document Generation vs. Upload). Optionally hide or modify elements (title, help text) within the pop-up.

    Delete Folders from Modernized Search in CLMIdea Submitted

    Allow the ability to select multiple folders within the Modernized Search view in CLM to delete. You are able to do documents, however, if you are testing the system and creating dummy folders it would be easier to be able to bulk delete them rather than having to click into each folder and click delete. It would save a lot of time and delete the dummy documents within the folder as well. The ability to do this was within the older search functionality. Please bring it back!

    CLM-Dashboard deployement from demo to prod neededIdea Submitted

    I don't see a place to take a dashboard in dev and migrate it to PROD. Please advise. I shouldn't have to recreate it in prod.  Either include it in the deployment package/or provide the ability to download and upload.
