Business Requirement

Currently, DocuSign CLM restricts bulk uploads to a maximum of 20 contracts at a time. This limitation is significantly impacting workflow efficiency for teams that manage large volumes of contracts, resulting in increased manual effort and delays in contract processing. Our organization frequently needs to upload hundreds of contracts in a single session, and the current restriction requires repeated manual uploads, which is time-consuming and prone to error.

Enhancement Ask

We request the ability to configure or increase the bulk upload limit for contracts in DocuSign CLM. Ideally, administrators should be able to set a custom limit that aligns with their business needs, or DocuSign should substantially raise the default limit (e.g., to 100 or more contracts per upload). If technical constraints exist, please provide alternative solutions, such as API-based bulk uploading or a dedicated bulk import tool.
