New UI is not User Friendly

I am the DocuSign Administrator for my company, and all my users are complaining and hating (I know its a strong sentiment but that is what they are saying) the new UI.

Before Attribute updating was a lot easier, simpler to see all attachments linked to a document, even approving final document was simpler. 

Everything seems to be hi8dden, so wondering what was the reason beh8ind the madness?
