We use DocuSign as an internal tool for signing incident reports in each of our care homes.  One thing i am trying to report on is a list of outstanding signatures.  I can do this per envelope, but i am trying to do it for all envelopes under one category.  The closest i can get is the envelope report that shows me there are x outstanding on one envelope and that envelope was sent to xxx people, but the list of people it gives me is everyone that was sent the report not the outstanding ones. Ideally i just want a simple report that says Person A xx OutstandingPerson B xx Outstanding etc…..

Our company needs to integrate payments with Stripe into an agreement signing process. The business wishes to restrict payments to only ACH transfers. Is there a way to set this?The AllowedPaymentMethods property of the PaymentDetails, seems to be where this may be set, and it accepts a List<string> of allowed payment methods. I could not locate any documentation for the correct value to allow ACH transfers. Any idea of what that value may be, or if there is another way to restrict the payment type allowed?  

We have successfully passed automated review of 20 API calls and submitted app to go live. Go Live status is Pending approval. It was started on 12th of November so already 14 business days passed.  

We require embedded signing functionality within a customer portal mobile application. The signer will log in to the mobile app and complete the signing process through an embedded signing experience using an iframe. Is it feasible to implement IDV Liveness for signer identification within this iframe?

I am looking for an API by which i can get information of user who has given shared access right of another user.Example: User A has shared his/her access with user B. so from API how can I get this information that User B has this right to view/edit envelope of User A. Thanks.

Hello, my client uses DocuSign DocGen in salesforce, but it is not available in portal.I created an API call, but it seems to use a regular template from eSignature, even though I have the docgen template already setup in developer org.Is there a way to use the API and apply the rules for document generation I setup int Salesforce?

I grant consent to an app that has gone live on Production. When I send an envelope using the access token of my account, will the app creator pay the fees, or will I?

Hello DocuSign Community,  My teammate and I are participating in the DocuSign  "Unlocked" Hackathon, and we’re working on a project to enhance the signing process by introducing interactive document features. Specifically, we are trying to add the ability to:1. Highlight specific sections or lines in a document to draw users’ attention to key details. 2. Display contextual bullet points or notes alongside the document to provide additional guidance or explanations. We’re exploring how to best integrate these features into the signing flow using embedded signing. I need to get information of user who all have access to shared folder under template in DocuSign via API also i am not getting this information of shared folder under Folder view from CData.

I need help with the POST request body for creating a DocuSign envelope. I want to create an envelope using a template and prefill custom fields. DocuSign is failing to load on the front end; I can see the spinner and "Powered by DocuSign," but the actual document is not appearing while using DocuSign JS with embedded.

Using an an SDK to create an envelope. I need to have 2 checkboxes and want client to only be able to choose exactly 1 of those 2 checkboxes. Hello,I am a developer of a software package that integrates with docusign.  Our customers purchase the license and use our admin tool to update the integration information.  Our code then uses that authentication to make the calls. We have a certain customer who is asking us to allow them to configure an integration key per user.  Meaning they’d like us to enhance our user setup admin to give them a place to save the oauth information per user.I’ve read the documentation and understand that it’s recommended there be a single integration key per integration between docusign and the third party software (our suite).  Their reasoning to the best of my understanding is to allow different integrations for users in different regions or countries (I’m not certain the actual differentiation). We proposed enhancing our current admin (where they now enter a single integration key and authentication to docusign) to allow multiple entries, and then they would be able to select an integration from

I am using the developer account to develop a POC for e-signing using Docusign SDK. Our App authorises users using phone number and hence at the E-sign process for a loggedIn user, we need to ensure the authenticity/Identity of the user is correct. I’ve configured the template to enable the identification of user via phone/sms but during the signing docusign app is not asking for any OTP. Please help.I’ve referred this link for the configuration.

Hi,I'm working on an Docusign integration using the embedded flow and one of the requirements is after the user signs the document we capture the timestamp of the signature. After reading some of the docs and going through the code samples, there's still something not really making sense to me. How can I fetch the signing metadata after the user is redirected back to my application? I ran the code sample but the only parameter I get is a `signing_complete` event in the query string. I was expecting to get an "envelopeId" as one of the query string parameters so that I could use this parameter to issue a request to the EnvelopeRecipients:list endpoint.

One of my users can't upload any documents sending an envelope. Only option available is Use a Template. The user applied these steps: Logged into DocuSign Click on "Drop documents to get started or click the 'Start' button." Click "Send an envelope" On the Add document section click "Upload" The only option that appears in the dropdown is "Use a template" Typically, we would have the following options:Browse Use a template Box Dropbox Google Drive OneDriveWhat is the reason that the user is unable to see the other options?

All, I have made an integration and added the APIs in my application. Using this I have already created new user accounts and edited permission profiles on the DocuSign Developer account. But while requesting for a go-live review it shows 0 API calls. and the Dashboard shows no calls in 30 days. I have created and edited more than 30 users in this APIs. But none of this is captured. How do I record these calls in the API dashboard? 

I am using developer account, Below is my configuration and yet on opening the e-sign URL, the recipients are not asked to login. Basically any user with access to the URL is able to put their signature. How to configure this correctly ?
