Ever prepped an envelope but didn’t know the final signer or needed someone else to fill in those details?

That’s where the Update Recipients action comes in. It lets you hand off control to a designated reviewer who can edit or complete recipient information before documents are signed.

This is especially helpful when:

• The final signer isn’t known yet (e.g., rotating approvers, contractors)

• Someone else is closer to the deal and should assign the signer

• You want to maintain document security while giving your team flexibility
